⭐ About the new progression and matchmaking

U know why we ask though right, for example: M1 Garand is cheap in Normandy but very expensive in Tunisia.

If the “cost” is adjusted to most expensive (Tunisia price) once the unification comes, than M1 Garand just became 3x more expensive. Therefore it would be smart to load up now or something.

pretty much everything i wanted except historical accuracy. will fix many problems that game is currently having like lack of playerbase, equipment disparity, endless grind and ease of adding new stuff in campaign (specially alternative weapons).

there is few questions… how will US allies be balanced. if someone takes p47 and jumbo will they be able to be matched vs japanese? and will they be matched against end game berlin equipment? will game still use old star rating for weapons or will it use new BR for weapons?

One thing I see, and will be amazing for me, is farming the orders using berlin and unlock pacific stuff.

That… By itself, Wil be amazing.

Then the more one play, more orders famed, so when a campaign gets released unlock Alot of stuff right away… That… Is far far a beter system…

Amazing update… and we definitely need more informations about matchmaking and squad management. We are looking forward to seeing future devlogs. Great Job boys

Amazing News! Can’t wait for all the new content to be with us already!
And don’t worry about historical accuracy, this is a freaking videogame, not a mil-sim nor a documentary. It’s completely understandable if there are some critical changes to do in order to bring a balanced and fair gameplay.

I have some doubts tho,

  1. Regarding the soldiers’ uniforms: if we gonna have a single country (URSS), what happens with the uniform customisation? Are we going to have the opportunity to choose the uniforms somehow?
2.About the RBMM (Rating Based Matchmaking), if we play with friends, and they haven’t reached a certain level, is the MM going to create a middle point for both of us? Or is it going to choose only one variable (level) to enter a game?
3.Can we kknow the value of the orders? I mean, given the fact that the order system will be replaced, maybe it’ll be good for us to know how much ,money" we’re receiving for our hard-worked orders.

Anyway, I’m happy for these changes, keep it up, this surely will be bringing more people to the game.

Quite frankly, i rather them take away historical accuracy with weapons and just make historical type maps. What we have now is unsustainable and this new system will hopefully fix it. We cannot keep splitting up the playerbase like the game is now. Where one campaign is popular and the other is filled with BOTS. At lteast here we can have player vs player matches way more often.

Just keep making great maps.

Most problems in this game revolve around splitting the playerbase into a bunch of campaigns
When you read the post you can see that devs are aware of the fact that they had to sacrifice historical accuracy to bring the game to the next level. Current balance only brought a small amount of players, Enlisted didn’t achieve their goal so that’s why we see changes.

i hope they will put you in high level match. you can always equip lower rated weapons if you want to play with friends.

Yeah, merging playerbase together.
But what they does, is bring the infamous WT tech tree and BR to Enlisted!

This.

I was about to lose hope for this game, but these news changed my mind! Thank you, Darkflow! Very cool!

If they remove the historical accuracy why would you play Enlisted over any other game?
Especially when they plan to reduce the thing that’s unique to enlisted, the squads.
There is a very good chance top tier will just be a spam fest of Assault Rifles and LMGs meanwhile if you feel like it you can just equip bolt actions, backpacks and WP and bully low tier players because the gun is what carries BR.

I don’t see anywhere where they are reducing squads.

Mmm, cant wait for the IS-2 and Tiger II in Moscow with a spice of FG-42 II and AVT-40.

I doubt it’ll change much

I am wary, but curious to see if I can solely play in bolt action and ooga booga lobbies like I’ve wished for since CBT ended
I do not like the end of historical battles from the general matchmaker, but we can at least set up customs for it.

Does this mean Italy will be seperate country from Germany or some subtree?

Will this mean Japan will be heavily outclassed by US equipment that will be there from ETO?

Will Germany retain weapons they rarely if ever used like Kiraly SMGs or ZH-29?

Will my Volksturm squad with Lebel rifles be able to drop in Moscow battle? How will it look like if i can?

If i play only MAS-36 will i be only against low level weapons?

Also, i saw there is something called “Unallocated research points” How will they work? Are they something like free Exp in “World of Warships” soo we can allocate them for free or are they like in War Thunder soo we have to Pay to allocate them?

and now is better when players can equip assault rifles, lmgs, backpacks and WP and bully newbies with bolties? and have tigers vs stuarts, or t34 vs pz2?

Like now, PPsh vs 20rounds beretta

This new system is supposed to be an improvement over the past, not the same. But you accidentally made me realize something. WP was designed for the Pacific where it’s the least oppressive do to the open maps and caps, how much will it ruin the Berlin maps. The problem is that a lot of the maps in this game were balanced around certain weapons and new ones could ruin things.
