About the HE ammo of T-28E

Did they decrease the damage or explosion range of T-28E’s HE ammo? About a week ago, T-28E’s HE ammo can easily kill mass of enemies. But right now, I feel that it becomes harder to kill enemies.

Probably.As I heard, the t28e could destroy 30 enemy in one HE, but I think it was just luck.

Probably the devs just gave the T28E normal HE, unlike the rest of the tanks, but now they came to their senses and gave Chinese HE, which all tanks have.
