In another game under gaijin, WarThunder, M24 can hit APCBC M61, while in Enlisted, it can only hit AP, and the AP bullet is difficult to stably penetrate 50mm vertical armor at around 100 meters.
May I ask if this is an error in the data filling of the vehicle or a bug?

it’s a deliberate design as M24 is BR2 tank in Enlisted while in War Thunder with 3.3/3.7 BR
So the same BR as Shermans
It’s fighting vs Panzer 4 J/G/F2/H every time, actually Puma of WT could as well be BR3 according to WT placements. So watch what you wish for, get better round but then make it BR3 or keep it at BR2 with subpar round, maybe good compromise would giving it only a few APCBC rounds instead of full loadout and keep it at BR2.

As a prem squad, the M24 sacrifices armor protection in exchange for a 76mm gun, which should improve its gun’s armor penetration capability, at least allowing the M24 to fight against the 3n in german faction. At the same time, there is a bug in the M24’s gunner’s sight, which cannot be zoomed in or out
You mean compared to a Sherman?
The armour is lighter than a Sherman, and the gun is bigger than the 37mm of the M2’s
but the gun is the same 75mm gun as early Shermans - not the 76mm

The M24 is actually a Sherman tank with the same gun as the Sherman, but with significantly reduced armor protection.
The US BR2 has always been criticized because it lacks an aircraft equivalent to the IAR81C and a tank equivalent to the No.3 Panzer model n.
Providing a small amount of APCBC ammunition to M24 may be a good idea, at least to give it the ability to counter the 3N of German BP2. The current M24 has no effective countermeasures against the large amount of 3N from Germany’s BP2

Having a chaffee but not having the proper rounds for the chaffee is abit sad. I really like the chaffee and I would’ve bought it if it had proper shells, it is a great shame. If it had more ammo maybe that’d compensate, but it’s ammo count is pretty low and AP shells get very frustrating sometimes.
If it would get the APHE it would be a bit to strong for BR 2.
And the sad truth is that there are already a lot of tanks in BR 3 that would be strait up worse than the M24 should it get any APHE.
Use P40 or Hurricane, later one is of the best turners in the game. Problem solved.

No, it is not “actually a Sherman” - it is “actuially a different tank entirely”
And we can’t have the good ol’ boys missing out now, can we?! A P-40 would solve the gap - the USSR one is pretty good
I mean the US already has a P-40 with a 500lb bomb already in BR 2.
But only as a premium so I doubt they will make the free one into something that was paid for.
The fun part is that just nobody owns the plane as it only got the bomb after it was discontinued.
The version that on the TT and only have 50lb ? lol
