i know this might sound stupid but i’ve been using the meteor Usa jet plane but i’ve been facing the same problem countless times when it comes to enemy jet planes, i just can’t see the enemy jet, or even worse, most of the times the enemy jet gets behind me and hits the tail with ease, and i’ve been paying attention like a freak trying to find enemy jet even when i’m aware the enemy jet is dropping bombs, but for some reason i just can’t see then in my radar, even with the 50% aircraft detection range and angle focused and peripheral vision i just can’t see the enemy jet because its soo fast or so small for me to notice it, and even worst of all when the enemy jet goes past me i can’t find it and it always lead to me getting shot from behind my jet,
Dear jet pilots, how do you manage to spot a enemy jet with such ease?
Look around with free look?
Other than that you just gotta fly like a little bitch and stay on the side until you spot them in the kill feed or see their tracers
That’s my new hobby in the game.
I keep using piston planes to hunt jets. It’s so easy to kill them. Most quit the game straight away. 
Next time, press X and look around with the mouse. No need to thank me.

“C” is hte default key for look around isn’t it?
Also to the OP - do you have your pilot perk for 50% greater identification range??
