There is no “can’t” in computer programming, if the dev want they can. However, Darkflow is insanely retarded and lazy.

sadly yes, they even lied when they said bot will build rally. After many games post that supposed feature I’ve yet to found an actual bot made rally.
no, on that, you’re incorrect.
they actually do build rallies. you can check it for your self by playing against bots over a custom match.
but, rule of thumb, the further it is from a point and next to their own spawn, the likely it is that has been placed by a bot.
the following might not mean a whole lot, but i had to personally remove engineers from the bots loadouts because they started placing rallies inside houses and walls. and i didnt wanted AI to place rallies in sort of my own “”““realism””“” mods.
it surprising the amount of people that have never tried custom before tbh even I an average noob know that bot in custom build rally
