AAs why so overpowered?

AAs why so overpowered? Cant marks them, fireing is pale - cant targeting.
Why don’t the projectiles look loud?! tracer bullets?

They killing instantly any plane, but aas had too much health, bombs or 30/37mm cant defeat immediately them; And have too much ammonution…

Troll?

You can mark them.

You generally should see them blow up if they land in close proximity.

I suppose it is a game balance feature, in addition to being an infantry-centered game (if you want vehicles, I suggest checking out warthunder), but if you’re strafing with these kinds of guns, you should be able to eliminate any unfortunate fellow crewing the gun.

Not really, They have like… 60 or 80 rounds upon being built.
Of course, if engineer survives, he can replenish the ammo or even rebuild the gun.

But otherwise, AA guns are currently nerfed - they can’t be used against ground targets (well, they sort of can, but you’d need to use elevation in weird ways). So, no - they are NOT overpowered.

83% of the statements you make are straight up untrue, with only the bullets having tracers is true, but even that helps the pilots more than the AA gunner.

the enlisted playerbase demands since months for AA guns to be buffed, no one in his sane mind thinks they are even remotely strong enough.

AA guns are pretty good ngl except the accuracy issue that doesn’t get along with the circle that predicts the path of aircraft and where to shoot too well

Joke? Satire?

They seem to be in a good spot.

OP in the right hands, mediocre to shit for everyone else.

I questions ones sanity and ability if they cant shoot fish in a barrel…sweet zombie geebus all the work is done for you… The only insane thing about them, is how easy they are to use…

Why does the target leader not glitch back and forth when the plane is diving?

I have only really had that happen badly In a plane with Multiple different Calibres and diferent velocities. Not much on AA guns…(not that I notice too much anyway…Lots of time shooting at planes without lead indicator in Warthunder)

also Aussie Internet…(If its easy with Aussie internet…you know its really easy)

Does it have something to do with the PC I’m using?

no idea :man_shrugging:. I figure its connection related. The aim assist is trying to calculate the other players course, I assume latency would mess with it as the other players location is being relayed to what you see. So dont just look at the indicator, eyeball the plane.

The aim assist isn 100% accuarate, just close enough, I generally aim to the outer edged, Depending on how far, fast, if they are flying straight, or turning. direction. never at the center.

but thats for me on Aussie internet on PC

I have no idea if Consoles/Gamepads get auto lock and tracking like they do in Warthunder.
