Finally got my fighters for pacific, but honestly after looking at Warthunder wiki, it says good maneuverability, turn fighter, but after flying it, I don’t know… I’m experienced pilot, but this thing really seems to fly like a brick?
If you don’t deploy combat flaps it seems to dive towards the ground too!
Not to mention difficult to shoot bombers down, which I thought was it’s purpose as no ordenance.
isnt this case for most planes in the game? but considering it has one of the best turning times in game…

Il-2 is nimble if you know how to balance it, but not the -37 or type 3, those really are bricks, I’m talking about the one on moscow
I didn’t unlock that airplane yet. What speed are you flying at when that happens? Perhaps you just need to build some speed after take off.
As for shooting down bombers, you won’t be doing a whole lot of that. That airplane is currently the weakest one in the entire game in terms of armaments.
Haven’t used in in Enlisted yet but it’s really floaty and easy to control in war thunder.
Wait til you get it in game, the plane relies on flaps for any lift at all.
