- ATRs must shoot with 100% accuracy in the prone position, or when using a stop.
- Remove or reduce the effect of the shot (tanks instantly determine the position of the guy with ATR on a long white trail)

Soviet yes (pz3e \ pz3j \ pz4e \ f, do not can penetrate in the frontal). But the Germans seem to calmly pen any tank (with the exception of the T 50).
But still, I would like to make these two points, which do not affect realism in any way.
Currently I’m using german AT rifle in Tunesia and it can bearly do anything to armoured car.

Pzb are good, but boys atr are shit.
If boys are worse than PzB, I’ll stop killing allies as they suffer enough.
PzB are good (very easy destroy A13/Daimler/T-60/T-26/BT-7).

You need to send me a video or I won’t believe it. This weapon is fully RNG based. Accuracy, pen, damage is all random.
Certain spots on turret can actually pen A-13 frontally, but that is really it.
The fact that Boys ATR is utter garbage does not make PZb good. They are somewhat usable in Moscow, but using slot for literally any other specialist is a better choice imho (unless you meet more armoured vehicles… or get bad RNG shot… which is the problem I have with T28s).
As for soviet AT… I haven´t played with any of these for a few months now, so I can´t really judge. I remember that they weren´t too bad, and never noticed any nerf in patchnotes.

no! they are already an pain in the arse for the Tankers i can reckon and that 5 star buff in power even more so.
You can one shot tanks with the ATR somewhat easy if you know what youre doing. The fronts how ever there you should struggle or else i will feel bad for the tankers

im not in Moscow atm but all i can say is to aim for center at the tank and you usually either put the ammo rack on fire or their fuel compartment. That was just my exp with the russian tanks so guess you have to figure out the German ones
The best tactic with AT rifle is destroying the tracks and finish it with TNT. Even if you fail, the tank is crippled and imo a crippled tank is easier to kill thank a tank which cant shoot, especially RNG monsters like the AB, Grant or T-28/ and tank with more than theee crew members.
At least thats my experience in this gane.

Best is to snipe them from an building or from anywhere in my opinion but most of all you need to flank. But watch out for angles ofc which makes the armor more thicker
Maybe its just me but I have either no luck and/ or skills taking out tanks with AT rifles on med+ distances. Especially accuracy and post-pen dmg is pure rng for me.

Well standing up usually it can be a bit harder to pinpoint aim but usually its not that biggie even in longer ranges but try to kneel at all times or even better deploy or lay down
it’s the post pen damage that is the issue tbh.
Yeah, however, BOYS ATR almost can´t even do that… especially to the wheeled vehicles.
weird since it has 150 in hitpower compared to the German i was using with only 100. Must be some hard tanks over there…
All i can say study all the tanks and you will be much better off when using the ATRs…But sure there are some i havent figured out yet like the el monstro T-50 which ive only managed to penn from the back of the turret. There i only go for tracks then mark it for the Stuka or something else to finish it off, maybe they disembark and you can snipe them then

AT rifles are the embodiment of shit. It takes >3 shots from point blank range to destroy ammo rack or to destroy a tire.
On the other hand, yesterday I managed to ohk a tank with full crew without aiming.
