A Simple Way to Get more Starter Rifles without having to order new soldiers

I’ll be honest, even though they’re starter rifles, the Gewehr 33/40, Mosin 1907 Carbines, and Springfield M1903 rifles are pretty good. But the method of obtaining more to disassemble and make them stronger is a little excessive… I was hoping that players could try to obtain more to disassemble and upgrade them by using the Bronze Orders.

I know that it would make it these the only firearms that can be obtained from Bronze Orders, but it would at least give the players a method of upgrading these rifles IF they want to keep them.

back then it was easy to get them but it was also the luck game since pilots and tank crew came with no weapons.

Only reason why you would upgrade starter rifle is if your going to use it for assaulter as secondary weapon.
Other than that, every rifle is better.

Or maybe you are one of those madlads that don’t play meta? Maybe you are a freak like me and you play for fun? And part of the fun is to try to make as historical squad, as the game allows.

With the new progression system you’ll be able to upgrade all weapons without dismantling anything. Actually in the light of that update coming fairly soon I wouldn’t recommend dismantling weapons unless you have a ton of them. Even then it’s probably better to wait as they might have a system for selling extra weapons for bronze.

What? No.

No offense, but that’s really narrowminded to assume such a thing. They’re good rifles. Normally, you start out with junk weapons that force you to change them for better ones. Not these starter guns. They are roughly still good guns and can hold their own if you got good aim.

Yay, I’m not alone!
I have maxed starter Rifles on at least 1-2 squads on every campaign!

And first unlocked rifle does it even better. So yeah theres no reason to upgrade them.
Even less if you need to waste bronze orders to upgrade them.

That’s your opinion. Normally in other free to play games you HAVE to get rid of your beginners weapons. But not these ones. They are just as good at holding their own. Especially when fully upgraded. There’s little difference in the their stats.

And this game is no exception. Only use they have is as secondary weapon for assaulter.

No they aint. As we used to have random soldiers with bronze cards you got quite a stockpile of starter rifles and those for sure you can upgrade to 3 stars.
But other than that theres 0 reason to waste any cards to upgrading them.

That is somewhat true.

with that exception that enlisted maths are something that probably Einstein himself could not understand.
You would assume 14dmg is enough to 1hitkill player that has 10hp base hp.
And that could not be any further from the truth. While I have little problem with Kar98 to kill people with 1 hit lets say 4/5 times 5th being downed.
The results are 2/5 at the best with fully upgraded gewehr and more than often it takes 2 hits just to get someone downed.

So no, theres 0 reason to waste bronze / silver orders to upgrade this rifle.

Sure you can roleplay all you want I dont care, but the gun itself wont magically be worth upgrading by bronze orders.

Um… they have. Multiple times. Gewehr 33/40 only has a minor 2 point damage difference from a Kar98k

although there is another legitimate reason to use a technically inferio rifle-sights
for example i still prefer the stat wise inferior nagant rifle to winchester, because its sights are so awful

um… no they dont. Its actually vz24 for moscow that you unlock first at lvl 3.
And even without upgrades its better than fully upgraded gewehr.

I’ve oneshotted alot of players before with them… I don’t know where you get the idea it’s a junk gun, but it’s not. I’ve oneshotted players on the capture point, even without headshots.
