A simple "fix" to greyzone tanking

when tanks greyzone tank, after enough time, they will be permanently marked for the entire enemy teaan until the tank leaves the greyzone obv, and obv the tank is gonna be notified such thing first when they enter the enemy greyzone and there will be another notification that tells the tank that they left the enemy greyzone when they do, since, they obviously can’t know

nothing else

if the entire enemy team can’t kill a permanently marked tank, yes, including planes, isn’t that the enemies team fault for having a big skill issue?, am I right lads?

also, another addition to this is, making it so you are able to use artillery on the greyzone, BUT, only permanently marked tanks, this is obviously talking about rocket artillery, so obv this secondary change prob won’t happen because rocket artillery, is event and premium only, which we all know is stupid

Here we go again… LOL.

Grey zone is like Kane they will never die

I hate grey zones for any weapon or vehicle, but I got around it by learning to fly, and now when I am in a plane I make it a priority to go after tanks. The biggest problem with that though is that unlike a tank, you don’t have a grey zone to hide in the air, so you might only get one pass before your shot down, but on average I get 2 to 4 tanks destroyed every match flying either my Stuka or my Su2. I destroy tanks with my Mustang as well, but it doesn’t have as many bombs. :yum: I even shot down 3 bombers with my Stuka the other day and was just about to flame the 4th till an enemy fighter fragged me. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

That what I do too when people won’t use tank for some reason

You guys need map markers? I just use muzzle flashes and map knowledge if no one marks the tank for me…or dumb luck. Lol

(Never even knew he was there)

I mean I normally end up marking it myself from the air, just in case I miss. Not like thats hard. Also helps there with a big enough bomb.

Console actually cannot mark in planes! Or at least I can’t with my set up. Up on D-Pad is both my marker and raising my flaps, so it no work right. Lol

wait really? oh my condolences in which case.

welp guess the PC master race wins again lmao

Well, no. I just play better and use skills and knowledge of the game to outperform them anyways. Even with the “limitations” I have on console cause screw em

that is literally not a console problem, is a setting up keybind problem, make it another key

Wow, a somewhat reasonable topic about the greyzone that does not involve nerfing tanks into the ground or remaking the entire game like the rest of the topics tend to ask for.

This is such a rare sight for once.

As I said, it’s my set up. And no. It’s fine as is. I’ll find em with the muzzle flash

Still thrash idea :-1:

I don’t want to spend time mocking and explaining why the camp crybaby argument is ridiculous or how to confront campers.

Almost all the time, the infantry only needs to change paths to avoid the range of fire (at least I haven’t seen a map that doesn’t have blind spots for artillery fire).
If someone can’t even make a turn
Then I think they’d better not play PVP games

For God’s sake just get rid of the damn grezyone. Simple.

Tanks could still hide out way over whoop whoop if they want to be a cowardly noob but at least then infantry would have a chance of flanking/attacking.

I just cannot understand how people can defend such a nonsense idea. A part of the map where enemy tanks can spam HE for free kills, and infantry/opposite team tanks are forbidden from going. The only thing that can touch them are planes.

If people actually think that’s a good idea then maybe we should have ‘sniper safe spaces’ too where snipers can hang out and enemy infantry arent allowed attack them.

When you are in the gray zone and are 50 meters away from the combat zone, the other side will have the ability to rush towards you with explosive packets.
That’s why they would rather stay away than get close to the occupied area
