Being a Kiraly enthusiast myself, I gotta separate the Kiraly between two factors:
Fun factor and efficiency.

Fun factor, Kiraly all the way. It’s a joy to use, and it’s really effective in cqb.

Efficiency however
 ppsh41 remains undefeated. The ONE reason for this is that the ppsh41 has almost no recoil at all, allowing you to simply hold down fire button and effortlessly stay on target, mowing down everything. The Kiraly however has got horrible recoil (and dispersion) for a smg, making it much harder to use (but not less satisfying). That’s for mid range.

At point blank range however, both smgs are on par, the guy with the best reflexes will win, thanks to the Kiraly good rof and superior stopping power.

(Tested both in Moscow and Stalingrad)

i rather play with mp40 than Kiraly.

and since mkb in stalingrad, there is no reason to even waste orders on kiralys.

yeah it’s definitely a weapon better suited to low skill players who can’t control recoil/don’t have high level soldiers/don’t know good perks (i.e. people who think the vertical recoil perk is good)

kiraly is better than the ppsh in every way except for the fact that it’s less accessible to shitters - and honestly that’s fine with me. this game is way too noob friendly right now

My two cents:

A beautiful weapon visually. Nice sound. Deadly cqc - but only so much. Hungry on bullets, and damage Falloff is just tragic a bit after a medium distance, with the addition of a more sophisticated recoil, at medium distances the weapon becomes simply very incompetent.

tbh,kiraly is a good smg with wonderful dmg and high rof which MKB cant compared in CQC battle.Since the MP40 has the same weapon dispersion with kiraly and has a lower rof,I think MP40 can use as a transitional weapon,but,if you have a tough battle,kiraly will be a good choice.

Being good enoguh to whack mediocre PPSH players to the shadow realm with a Kiraly still doesn’t make the Kiraly a better weapon. It’s got unnoticably higher dph and a slightly faster reload (tradeoff for smaller mag), that’s it for the kiraly’s upsides. The PPSH is simply superior mid range, regardless of the user’s skill level.
A much better example of a ‘skill required’ smg is the MP40.

not a problem for players who aren’t trash. you would take horizontal recoil here instead of reload.

who needs 71 bullets, 40 is fine

the funny/sad thing is that the servers are so bad that a lot of the shots you fire with high rof weapons aren’t even registered, i’m fairly sure this is what causes the ‘ammo refund’ that happens after you fire (and sometimes stops you from reloading)

because it’s objectively worse and a high skilled player will do better with ppsh or kiraly than mp40

i dont know if there is space for more SMGs in moscow, i guess there is all there needs to be, i wanted ZK383 badly and want it still but idk man

May have overlooked that, but higher rof and lower recoil still mean higher accuracy in the end.

Just because you can handle recoil better with skill doesn’t mean it doesn’t matter. And recoil perk isn’t Kiraly exclusive.

71 is still better than 40.

That’s a you problem. For me the servers either work well or don’t work to the point of not allowing me to even move and play at all.

Seems someone can’t use the MP40.
i used to think it was trash, until I got gud and tried out a maxed MP40 again. That thing absolutely shreds. Imo it’s quite comparable, maybe just a little bit worse than the sniper Mkb.

Wrong, you can get near max upgrade Kiraly’s and then transfer them to Moscow.

Well I’ve never noticed it.
I’ve experienced a crap ton of packet loss and even the servers crashing my game, but hit reg on high rof has always been consistent for me.

Well, english is my 2nd language.
But still, MP40 is an alternative ot Kiraly, not ‘objectively worse’.

That|s not even a sensible sentece.
It’s an alternative. It’s overall as useful, just better in diffetrent scenarios. That being way better mid range, slightly worse close range.
The difference between MP40 and Kiraly is much, much smaller than between Kiraly and PPSH.
And I understand comparisons. You don’t understand smgs.
