I have to clarify, the censorship of this game surprises me
In China, we will not censor Rommel and Yamamoto, especially the German army in World War II. We only strictly censor the IJA for the Japanese army.
Even some generals of the IJN actually still maintain a tolerant attitude towards us
Otherwise World of Warships, War Thunder and the game would not have Chinese servers
So the censorship system in this game is not as good as in China
And for this game, the most common request from Chinese players is just to add a soft mode. This does not harm the interests of history lovers. If you don’t want to watch it, just turn on the soft mode and turn a blind eye. If you want to watch it, you don’t want it.
But the fact that the portraits of Rommel and Yamamoto were simply deleted is very annoying.
Maybe they really need to add a “hardcore” mode that doesn’t remove any of the World War II elements.
