Some enemies playing for the Axis might have the idea of placing a rally point on top of the building to the right. The position is extremely advantageous, and countering it might not be so easy for any of your soldiers who do not have the jump elevation perk.
Luckly, there is an easy way to access the roof and destroy the rally point without attempting to jump where the stairs have been destroyed:
This is clearly nothing groundbreaking but I thought it could be of some help as I wondered if there was a simpler way to reach the roof.

It is a useful spot, but is also very susceptible to artillery, mortars, aircraft, and Ampulomet fire.

It’s the perfect spot fo farming. Sadly most of the time very few players (Berlin Allies) use artillery or mortars because they are inexperienced.
You can always delete everything on the top floor with artillery and mortars, and tbf, once that building is lost, the Axis can’t take it back that easy
I have seen very few mortar users in Berlin, I personally do not use them. Artillery is a bit of hit and miss when your goal is to destroy a rally point well placed between two walls even if it’s in the open.
I usually build it a little on top of the broken house just behind it( the one with the flag)
Or in the left bulding in the last cover floor with a lot of ammo box and placing a lot of mine in the stairs
Best counterpart for this position - capture point as fast as you can even without wasting time to build rally. I usually build it after losing first squad.
