Is the modseditor.bat a link or button after I click play? After clicking modsEditor.bat from data folder the link to play shows red. The modEditor.bat does not take me to a map editor. What should I do to mod?

modsEditor.bat launches game with some special settings as result your game will be on offline mode and with editor tools. You just need launch it like other exe files. Or maybe you need to launch win32 version if you have some problems.
Right click the enlisted app and press open file location, then find modsetitor and open it
Forgive me that I haven’t replied. I went to installed Enlisted folder and clicked modsEditor.bat, but that is for more advanced HD files I didn’t install. I then clicked the next file down, modsEditor_win32.bat; entering the modsEditor_win32.bat from the folder list I discovered I don’t know what to do next. I asked this question to find an easier route to MOD and not from the install folder. As now I tried and tested in the mmorpg online site. Fortunately I am a quick learning to stay with each disregard. Feels to me after practicing I need a manual to precisely add objects, control timed environments, and direct the AI through areas. I appreciate each section and encourage more challenging ways to aide how to use buttons and page navigation menus.

ModsEditor should work fine even if you don’t have full client/hires (option in launcher 
).
It should be in same folder with modsEditor.bat file.
