Seriously wtf? how are you even a god dam general and you are br5 and yet you dont know how to build a simple rally? do they just skip tutorial or something? why?

Sometimes if Iām really focused on the objective in a tight match, I forget to build rally points with my engineer squad. 
well that different tho this guy literally dont know how (as in he doesnt know how to build rally at all) it like he skip tutorial or something (also he said it in chat but my mood wasnt good to capture it, didnt yell or anything tho)

Rank in this game is not based on personal knowledge or actions. You receive higher rank based on when your entire team wins a game. It makes no sense whatsoever.
Promotions should be based upon the things you do in battle, and how much XP you make as an individual: For example, one of the things that EVERYONE should be required to do to get promoted is to build rally points and/or have your rally points used a certain number of times. Ammo boxes should also be part of the equation: Build a specific number of them, and/or get them used a specific number of times.
Too many players act as if this is a āteam death matchā type of game. They never build rallies or ammo boxes. All theyāre concerned with is killing and their k/d. The devs could easily fix this, but they choose not to.
people are using Partisans now - which cant build rallies - thank god.

Honestly i dont often build rallies any more.
My engineer points are often 0ā¦
I use APCs these days. Rallys only come out when the team is super heavy
Sometimes Iāve 0 point for construction.

But in reality, Iāve put my Apc close to the objectif all off the time, and nobody can know this: this cool Apc is mine.

Guy you are getting wrong interpretation, im not saying that āhe dont build rally when he is generalā (and that fine with me since 70% of the people already do this anyway)
im saying he DOESNT KNOW how to build rally (as in he doesnt even know engineer can build rally) now tell me in what situation does a general rank guy in br4+ doesnt know how to build rally with engineer? hmm?
also again why does the game allow him to skip engineer tutorial in the first place? shouldnt it be mandatory?
Can we not somehow move APC points to the same category as rallies?
