A friendly reminder Darkflow

It is okay to give guns in this game recoil. It is okay to make them chop, rock, spray, and sway. No one is going to hate you for giving guns recoil, especially when they can easily replace dispersion. It is okay that the MP-40 starts rocking after holding down the trigger for extended periods of time. It’s okay to stand or crouch while trying to shoot the Browning 1919 A6, and it starts bucking like a bull in a rodeo. There is nothing wrong with this, and it creates more fun and authentic gameplay.

Yes! I agree! Some guns definitely need a recoil change. Some guns are okay like the pistols, but the Thompson doesn’t feel “heavy” when I shoot it. The grease gun doesn’t have that “bouncing pop” that it should have. The MG42 shooting standing up feels like it’s just missing and moving rather than pressing into my shoulder and shooting upwards.

I second this post friend!

I think the 1919 needs more recoil but for the fact that there should be an incentive to play this weapon as a portable emplaced MMG instead of as an LMG.

Agree.

And they need to reduce its dispersion. I’m lazy to check the actual stats, but it really kills this gun for me.

Tbh MGs need a total overhaul to behave like MGs.
But devs listen to the feedback don’t give a fuck.

I’d love if recoil worked like that, the longer you’re pulling the trigger the harder it becomes to control the weapon, people would have to fire in bursts. Right now I can easily snipe people just spraying at them at far distances.

one more thing I dislike about recoil is that there is clearly recoil patterns which feels odd, this isn’t counter strike. It should be more RNG based.

At this point we just need a separate “Realistic” battle mode whenever we get the playerbase to support 2 ques.

Even though it used to be a bug in the game, most people hated it, but I liked it.https://youtu.be/tfUuRuCtS9I?si=gunPvWZtdehlG6DT[floatl]Image
