During WW2, the two opposing factions, Allies and Axis, shared military material (vehicles, weapons, ammunition, equipment, technology, etc.) between their allied countries. I think this “sharing system” should be implemented in Enlisted.
So, the idea is to create a common tech tree for every faction: one for the Allies (USA, UK, URSS) and the other for the Axis (Germany, Italy).
Once you get level 5 (by example) on every campaign of your faction, you unlock the tech tree and you are free to play your favorite campaign and start grinding tech points (or tech orders or whatever system is established) . Doing it this way, the player is not forced to play all the campaigns to grind tech points.
You can unlock all the technologies just playing Normandy but if you want to benefit of them in other campaign you’ll need to play the campaign to unlock them (like the equipment system) and some of them, for historical reasons, might not be available.
What can you investigate in this tech tree?
There are so many possibilities and I’m pretty sure that every player could add more suggestions.
Here a few ideas:

Equipment: improved medkits (50% , 100% more effective), ammo pouches (50% more ammo), etc.

Vehicles: upgraded MGs, camouflage, smoke shells, improved tracks, customization (skins, stickers), etc.

Weapons: skins, improved magazines (slightly quicker reload) for some weapons.

Squads: customization (worn uniforms, bearded faces), unlock some weapons (like shotguns) for some troops (bombers, flamethrowers, engineers),

Better AI Squad tactics: more distance before cancelling orders, new squad orders unlocked (prone, crouch, kill somebody?, stay inside the building?).
How do you get tech points?
I’m not sure about this. Maybe like everything in this game: every time you achieve some amount of XP in battle you receive a “Tech Order”.
This all is just a bunch of ideas so you are free to destroy them guys.
