Berlin campaign offers two most powerful tanks - Tiger II and IS-2, but - most maps are crowded streets, full of cars and tanks wreckage.
So - the tank’s cannon has a range above 1000 m, but most fighting is close combat (up to 100 m).
Only one map (River Crossing) offers some good tank battles, when the tanks of the both sides are trying to eliminate enemy from the long distance.
I do not know. Maybe there are some others good maps like this - in other campaigns ?

custom matches , quary on moscow offers a good tank vs tank fight distance.
besides that, maybe old train map on customs.
and you can still use tiger or is2 if you use that campaign squads 
and if its 25vs 25 on lone fighters, theres always someone spawning another tank. making tank vs tank with inf around fun as hell to play!
