A campaign for beginners

Does anyone know why they always give me people without “experience”, I’m tired of repeatedly getting teams where people don’t help you even in a “meeting” point, which is what I do wrong or what I do well, no I’m the best player but I’m starting to get tired of these games where I get pure players who don’t help, a serious opinion that the Normandy campaign should be for players who already have experience or a level to know what to do, another is that the squad of Snipers should also be for high level players, many stay behind without helping anything.

Another question; How do you shoot down a P-47D? 10 HVAR missiles, a 500 lbs bomb, please I don’t understand why they give you a level 36 Tiger or level 39 Panzer IV tank if a level 4 plane like the P-38G or any other will take you out easily, while in the German side any plane is useless against American tanks.

I hope I didn’t offend anyone with the previous post, an apology if anyone was offended.

Getting stuck with beginner teammates seems to be a “balancing” mechanic similar to other F2P games. Once your winrate gets high enough, then that is all you get stuck with for teammates. Trust me, a lot of us here have an issue with it too. Those that don’t, well, you can do the math.

As far as the aircraft part, I’m right there with you. They REALLY need to rework rocket damage. Bombs at least take skill to use, rockets (especially HVARs) do not.

As far as shooting them down, your best bet currently is to set up on the edge of the map with an AA gun (buildable by engineer squad with the perk), and hit them with that. Only a couple hits and they will drop like rocks. The only trouble is that they are fast, and if they are smart they will flat angle you or fly extremely low.

All the allied planes have the ability to eliminate anything, the P-47D I have tried to lose and it turns faster, I have tried to use the AA gun although it hit them regularly they send me a couple of missiles, they eliminate all my squadron of engineers, they improved the 20 mm cannon of the American plane now it can destroy any German plane, it has also come to perforate the Tiger, while the German planes do not have anything to eliminate a Sherman you have to give two or three passes if you can and they leave you

but… what does this have to do with mods?

In Enlisted there is no division between B.R. and Era. Instead, you have a division into campaigns that are equivalent to the Era. Campaigns such as Tunisia and Moscow are recommended for weaker players. There are weapons from the early war years.
The Normandy Campaign is 1944 so the weapons are more advanced.
And enemy planes are not a problem for the player who knows that even basic infantry rifles can shoot them down.

i think they are going to change that when the new progression system is introduced.

new players are hopless on invasion maps

This is the worst advice I’ve seen here. Then you are surprised that you lose because people who have a lot of troops and can react flexibly leave because they are only interested in matches against new players.

@Kutarinkushi 1. and 3. are solid advices that anyone should willingly attempt on their own but deserting matches is bad for your xp, time, team and community picture as a whole so don’t do that.

If you really want to leave a match for various reasons, do so in the beginning, within 60 seconds of connecting and without spawning or entering combat.

This is the second worst advice I’ve seen here. Bolt-action rifles do the most damage. And he goes with them in close combat to fight as well as with automatic weapons.

This is very rare that you are able to do this. Definitely not good advice for newer players.

couple of tricks with the AA:

  • Don’t start shooting immediately when they get in range. wait for them to line up an attack run on enemies, then shoot when they get closer

  • focus on trying to hit them as they are flying in or away, not when they are flying horizontally (unless they are tilted to the side making it an easy shot).

  • Don’t try to use the scope. In my experience, the scope is off from where it should be, and doesn’t really help against planes.

  • don’t aim dead on with the indicator. aim just a hair ahead and a tiny bit to one side or another. Pay attention to the pattern they fire in (two on either side with a gap in the middle).

  • fire in short burst, not a full mag dump

This is not about balancing. Mm doesnt exist. It just puts you randomly.
If you are playing an underdog faction in campaigns good luck bcs you will always see newbies.

Match making can be introduced when the arcade mode with BR is separated from the realistic mode where there will be no BR tiers and other team balas factors that do not exist on the battlefields.
