2 new premium squads

OK, if you say so. It’s your objective vision. I’m ok with that.
You can say it as many times as you want. Higly doubt, that prem squads will be cut off.

You have access to Darkflow’s financial records?
Determining if it’s worth the man-hours is entirely up to them. They’re the ones with access to all of the numbers.

we don’t know.
that is truee.

but it’s clear that they pushed for more microtransactions and premium squads.
you don’t need to be megamind to understand what they are up to in making priorities.

like, the game it’s ok, but there’s still much to work on. and the only thing that they released that hasn’t been touched were microtransactions until now. like, it’s literally beggin for money.

skipping tiers to play? provide stupid and overpowered squads for those that pay? and upcoming monetized rng system?

it’s an entire system designed to screw people over. much bigger than what it appears.

if we don’t stop them, state’s laws will.
making another game ruined.

Which accurate, but has me worried.
I’m one of the players who was invested in Chronicles of Elyria which went belly-up shortly after testing started and right after the devs dropped a big promotion to try saving it last-minute.

Update, after some time in various matches I found literally no one has purchased yet.
And according to the review stars below, there’s far few ppl buy these two packs.

(pretty happy to see almost no one buy it)

What do you mean?

From what I see, developers and publishers didn’t promote this game hard enough in last a few years. So now the playerbase is small numbered, causing they have to implant such a heavy microtransaction system to get CBT and OBT player’s money. Once they did implanted this system, well, it is point of no return since there gonna be rich people buy it and make up the lost for them after changing the system is always a pain in the ass.

sad story.

duh?

you know it’s illegal monetize rng “lootboxes”, right?

the point is… yet…

I believe People’s Republic of China have a rule which force every game which have a loot box system to show the chances of getting each item from the box, Darkflow and Gaijin should learn something from this law

they already covered their back by showing you the potential of what you get.

which it’s literally explained here:

Seems like it is explicitly forbidden in two countries, judging by that article. China merely wants more precise labeling and the Netherlands requires a license if the prizes have any actual market value, which means the boxes themselves are not illegal as such. It is unclear whether these national laws will be enforced when dealing with foreign companies. How does War Thunder generate revenue in these four countries?

As far as I see in yesterday battle many players use new german premium squads

I had read somewhere that it did but later in the war when they brought the MG30 to the front(getting a little desperate for equipment I think) a lot of German units preferred them to the MG13.

it does, just like happened for star wars battlefront 2 where it has been called out by many countries and forced to remove from the game the lootboxes.

as far as i know, the crates are not buyable through the marketplace.
like ,the marketplace has been shutted down as it explains here:

the only way that they make money out of it, are through premium tanks.

unfortunally, something that is explained better about the types and rules, it’s only present in america on this site:

but it’s not usable for others countries as well.

I am wondering if people thought of the initial squads as ways to buy into open beta thinking that was part of the price(myself included) and the devs took those purchases as a sign that $30 bucks was a decent price to charge for a premium squad.

Personally I think its about double what it should be.

Half of that price will be an appropriate imho

Half of that price will be inappropriate for simple reasons;

basic content = almost no work,
pretty much pay to win to make those players " rewarded ",
but i think they missed the misleading part that comes from it.
because no one explained to those people how really the game works.

but hey, in this way we make money so we still going in that way right?

yeah I agree. I just think $30 is too much. I could buy a good non-Triple A game on steam for that.

Oh don’t get me wrong I think the prem squads are over powered. The 30% hp boost and having all 7 members be SMG or LMG guys is too strong. I am just saying that $15 for a squad of guys where 4 are full level with unique guns would be a good price
