I’d like to suggest one refund per premium squad bought. Recently I bought $50 worth of gold to purchase some cool vehicles, I bought the KV-2 (1940) and the BM-8-24 (both for USSR). Now I know you can try out the vehicle before you buy it, and I did for both! But the test range doesn’t really do the vehicles any justice in bringing out the qualities of said vehicles /: . I’m going to be honest, the BM-8-24 isn’t that good… the hit radius for the rockets are really bad. I rarely get any kills with it… could be my skill issue but my point is ONE refund per premium vehicle bought would be so cool. I honestly regret buying two tanks for one faction… and tbh I don’t use either /: I already spend money for each battle pass so I don’t see myself buying anymore gold but implementing something like a refund of gold, NOT real money would just show love towards the consumers

Well i got the Greyhound for US so also is a bit of a lack luster but i hope they give us golden order weapon refunds before they remove them so we can pick the right ones we like.
I would agree with this. I bought a German medic squad, tried out the gun and saw it had a slower ROF, but higher damage so I thought it would be a nice level two squad. Then I find out in combat that the gun’s higher damage amount but slower ROF is not sufficient when engaging other smg’s, so essentially it sucks against equal opposition. AS it is, it would be fine in level one, but unless DF ups the damage it is worthless at level two, and the weapon cannot be changed since it is premium medic squad. If it were just an assaulter squad, i would just change the ammo pouch to a secondary weapon and problem solved as the slow smg would now be my back up. I had also bought that German level two MP18 squad back when you couldn’t try the weapon and NEVER liked it, so it sat unused for two years till I got the brain storm to just change the ammo pouch to a secondary weapon, and now it has new life.
So, even though I got to test it out, and it was great on the practice range, in real world combat, it sucks. Maybe DF should give people a 24- 72 hour trial period after you buy, and if unhappy you can return it.
i use it as a infantry fighting vehicle on assaults drive up to capture point and disembark with thank crew with smgs and ammo pouches

you bought a stuart with even worse armor, all i can say is that you should be more careful with your money and make more informed purchases
Not exactly you see i brought it on a sale and it given me 400 gold and a premium squad for my US build so i have paid like 9 euro and something for it and 500 gold is 4.99 so its if you remove 4 euro basically i paid 5 euro for it xD and it gives me 1 extra bad vehicle slot but i can have some armor and 2 planes with it so its fine.
I recommended this game to my friend, and he was interested and paid for a Thompson 100 paratrooper squad.
But the problem is, he is a new player, and he has no other squads that are good enough to fight in BR5.
This made his purchase completely useless, which made him very upset and eventually gave up the game.
Well I feel a bit ashamed that I didn’t give him enough guidance on his purchase, I’m sure there are more newbies who have had this problem so if a refund is available that would definitely be cool

you should’ve maybe got advice from the community before just buying something so that wrong purchase is entirely your own fault lol.
I really hope we get at least 1 refund ticket. I also got the katyusha which definetly is the worst tank in the game. Even back then years ago i asked for a refund but they said they will simply not do that…
