I have a question about a section of the license agreement of the game Enlisted. I’m not sure if anyone can help me, but help would be much appreciated. 1.2 of the license agreement says: “you are not permitted to store, download, modify or otherwise use any part of the Game which does not constitute its client (client-side of the Game), including… the In-Game Items.” Would someone clarify this for me? I am confused because I would install and download all of the in-game items when installing the game, correct? I know it’s not saying that I am not allowed to download the game, but since I am confused about this legal agreement, I am warry to proceed.
It means you cant copy its files and use them for other purposes outside of playing the game.

To me it says you can’t download the server side of the game. You can only use what’s explicitly stated in that section. There’s a double negative, “not permitted” and “not constitute” which makes it more confusing than it needs to be, but that’s legalese for you…
