Which should make me in favor of it, but just accept that what it is. Skill based match making sorting people into games by there skill. So there is not to much difference between the most and least skilled in a game. Br-+0 sorting people into matches so there is no difference between the highest and lowest br gear. Wow ±0 br is skill based mm dialed to 11.

I would be in favor of a skill based match making system, however I am not really sure how a true skill system could be implemented. For example, we really can’t base it in the rank system because I don’t even try to achieve Marshall anymore. For almost three years I achieved it every time, but the last two rank resets I stopped trying. So, I am not sure it could be based on that. I guess it could be based on how long people have been playing Enlisted, as obviously someone of three years one would assume should be more skilled then a newbie…Not always I think. 
I’m not sure what other criteria DF could use.
One thing I would like to see is an option box for solo players to choose to play only other solo players which would exclude groups. Some people probably wouldn’t care, but if I had the choice, I would rather play games made entirely of solo players. This might balance the games better and make them more competitive.

It couldn’t work with such tiny population that is shattered across BRs and also servers (i only play on EU). It would take me 20min if not more to find a match with that SBMM. Smurfs also would love that new matchmaking. I’m not against some kind of SBMM but i don’t want it to be ultra stiff just have 3 players to be about equal to the best 3 players of enemy team.
During summer i rarely play with headphones on so my KDR drops like crazy and i play like crap so how would SBMM could know that i just nerfed myself by a ton?
You can start with ‘soft rules’ as before.

Nah, if you want to win. You just have to get a few friend spamming vehicle all the match.

I can’t really play on USA as it has like 180ms+ ping. I’m on mobile for past 3 months so it only makes it even worse.
liike mobile data or mobile enlisted?
very true of 3 guys join up all they need is a fighter plane a tank and the last guy can be pushing the point while the rest of the team does what ever they enjoy doing lol

only used it when my router was fried from lightning strike(which also fried my LAN port on 2 MBO).
but nevertheless you need wired connection… dont really have good experience with mobile data…
There is nothing stopping a top player playing at BR1, nor a noob buying something at BR5 and jumping straight to that in their 1st game!
Enlisted is a mobile port from a Blackberry. Physics and optimization makes sense.
Sadly, us in the other hemisphere cherishing 180 ms because it’s the lowest ping available (in a game like enlisted it isn’t that noticeable, but in CS2 it is very noticeable).

I’m a solo player and I’m fine getting stomped on to the end of a match, but when there is a group that can coordinate with each other that feels like a disadvantage not skill issue.
I mean markers and in game chat wheel helps but do they listen…?

Going from 5 GHz Wi-Fi to Hard wire fiber optic at 1gbps makes that possible.

Easy to tell when you’re playing a group, example if they’re defending they have every approach to the cap point covered and your team is running around disorganized like chickens with their heads cut off. That is not a skill issue, that is a coordination issue, and since you can’t coordinate with your team mates, you’re at a distinct disadvantage. I’ve tried yelling and cursing at the computer monitor, but they can’t hear me. My youngest son doesn’t play Enlisted anymore, but he only plays in groups when he plays these kind of games. My oldest son, also stopped playing Enlisted, but he is more like me and only plays solo.
Well it’s actually better than i expected as i live near big ass 4G/5G towers so my speed is really good but stability is pretty bad at times.
that is why i said you need wired. 5g is perfectly ok for download and surfing, but for gaming it is terrible cause of latency oscillations.
