I have no idea, sure the full size cartridge semi auto’s should probably have a that rate of fire however not the VG 1-5 and m1 carbine.
M1 carbine wasn’t really that great to begin with now its worse only good thing about is that you could spam it at close range.

Yeah not sure I like this one size fits all with regard to SA … I liked the fact that each weapon was unique. Kind of sounds like another lazy change… And again whats the purpose?
Also don’t care for the changes to Custom Battles. Even though XP is already nerfed on solo battles … now it’s just not really worth the time except maybe for a more realistic practice range …

about 300 would be a tolerable solution. However, what protection against macros, if the rifles have only 8-10 rounds. This is just inconvenient, it would be much easier to use a machine gun.
