Why ''Level Up'' Very Hard!

They dont have to have pure American pricing for that matter, earning 6k buks a year in my country is avarage, do I really have to give 50 buks for premium? Jeez I want to eat

What people need to understand is that the devs make the game ultimately to make money. They have expenses just like all the rest of us.

The grind is rough, but with premium its not terrible. Average USD its about $10 a month which isn’t too bad. Considering many games make you pay $60-$80 just for the game itself, whereas Enlisted is free.

Keep in mind, they did very reasonable sales on New Years, which included a full year of Premium for $20.
My suggestion, if you intend to focus on the game, try premium for a month. Otherwise, wait until new years and hope they have that sale again.

Got that for Gaijin coins, yes, but ultimately games are NOT BUSINESS, its a form of art, after some huge income influx from particular projects gaming industry got filled with money-hungry businessmen, that is why we see 60-80 dollar games and DLCs in the first place, most of the additional content in early games was roughly 2-3 dollars and they gave you a lot, I wont believe that expenses have risen THAT much from that times, but now we see like 30 dollar skin packs and 15 dollar battlepasses, which you also have to grind through, the more people forget about how the things were before, the more tighter the knot would be on our necks, so dont cut them that much slack, it is not ok to consider this pricing a norm for any of the reasons, GTA 5 production paid off in like several hours of sales, and I dont think Enlisted has such budget, if any.

As someone that has worked in the industry, its still a business.

Don’t get me wrong: I do believe that many developers in general put too much focus on trying to just simply make money, rather than producing a good product that sells well.

Making skins is fairly fast and therefore profitable, so its what a lot of companies focus on.

I hope the Enlisted devs begin focusing more heavily on adding features and balance to their game, (which they alluded to in their “roadmap”), but I’m not going to hold my breath on it.

Keep in mind, inflation hits all businesses. A vast majority of these pricing differences come down to 2 things:

  • Inflation
  • Effort put in

Especially in the case of PC games, its not uncommon for a developer to make a deal with a modder to design something for the game and sell it, and that modder gets a piece of the profits. Which is where a lot of the cheaper options used to come into play.

I could go on, but I’m getting off subject. My point is, they make their core profits off of premium days. If you wish to alleviate some of the grind, and enjoy the game, I recommend buying into it.

I do hope so, they are allowed to make profits, like everyone does, but the product should be worth it so the services and content for it wont be considered overpriced, I mean I could spare 20 dollars for a year of premium, sure, even if its like 2 days of work, but the product should be that good you wont feel bad for paying, no wonder why skin packs are considered low effort business scheme, because they ultimately dont affect the gameplay, in Enlisted you kinda have to pay “rent” to progress and unlock new content in the first place, it DOES affect the gameplay, so the game should be THAT good, but it is not, that is why people hesitate and dont want to buy premium, especially from countries where every dollar counts.

It’s whatever the devs decide it is.

You are of course free to spend your time and money building free shit to the ungrateful masses because art but you cannot expect others to.

Plus deliberately refusing to go to the toilet can be seen as a form of art nowadays.

So “but it’s art” argument has no value. Everything can be considered as an art in the world we live in currently, lmao.

modern art

Classic paintings, movies, books etc are just art

Just because words now mean less and less by how shit everyone is using them, doesn’t mean it’s old meaning is lost

No one will convince me taking a shit is comparable to The Godfather, and while some people consider games as modern art, i think good ones have more in common with art than shit

This.
Once you complete a campaign, you can farm bronze and silver orders to feed your baby campaign.
Makes it alot easier.

Also, don’t just snipe all match.
Makes rally’s so you get points for other players using it. And ammo boxes.

Play and enjoy the whole campaign. Not just the end of it.

Pictures are being sold, tickets to the art exhibitions being sold, films are viewed in cinemas for money, music if being paid for in streaming services or at concerts, it is ok to monetise art, because money is the main fuel for its life and development, it is ok to involve business into art to give it stronger foundation, but you dont want to listen to me scratching the blackboard.mp3 for 5 dollars, because I want to make money and wish you to consider my low effort piece an art, do you? Masses always would crave for more, because they are not involved in the creation process, but music and pictures still exist and thrive, why games should be an exclusion then?

Just to check, are you using your upgrade points to receive more XP in the ‘Upgrades’ tree?

I am half Turkish half Georgian. In both countries, the daily wage is 10-15 dollars. I can’t give all my daily earnings for premium.

When you fight you ear ‘upgrade points’, that can be used to upgrade squad, so you win more XP fighting than before, this help you to progress faster, without need to have a premium account.

Of course I know that. But it’s still hard to level up.

If you wanna wait to level up I find lone fighter is quite reliable if you don’t have premium

Does lone fighter still exist??

Yes it does and custom games and it gives you the XP and everything

Is there option to play faction seperated lone fighter?
I try it like only for few times, and it always eas random mashup of all faction. I really didn’t like it.

You just have to watch for the right hours of the day or whether it’s a holiday or not
