And that’s without armor
Need a special translator for forum warriors. Google translator can’t handle it.
And what percentage of enemies have armor and I was looking at the distance at point-blank range
Lmfao I knew this would be your response.
Quite many, as thats also another rather frequently mentioned issue of the game.
Just like ppsh box.
If no one used them no one would care.
I mean, his statement is not false
It just completely misses the point because I was able to counter his “gotcha”. I’ve played games where guns shoot straight and the gunplay feels better than gunplay in Enlisted. I want to bring those features to Enlisted because… Enlisted isn’t those games and has it’s own unique features that make it special. However, gunplay being bad is not a “unique feature” that is worth keeping and fixing gunplay would not turn Enlisted into Arma or any other game.
Well he aint wrong, this is enlisted.
99% of time you are shooting at AI that is dogshit.
Cant really imagine majority of people would enjoy CS / Pubg kind of recoil while trying to slay dogshit bots.
Dont get me wrong, I agree there should be no dispersion aka random sht at all and rather skill based recoil control.
But that just doesnt work with a game / playerbase like this.
As much as I hate the random dispersion, I also think its the proper way to balance smg’s vs BA’s in low BR for example.
Without increasing the skill requirement dramatically.
Everyone needs to understand that ALL of these TTK numbers are below human reaction time. It literally will not make any difference whatsoever unless you and your opponent land accurate shots at the EXACT same time. So never.
Question: How many percent of it is in battle?
Answer: “Quite many,” this is a bit of an incorrect answer
Because MG81 is too difficult to control
You clearly missed the recoil control performance that I mentioned.
Im not going to do your work here.
If you are questioning how much the bodyarmor or ppsh actually does affect the game, go for it.
We know the stats, we know it does affect the game.
If you think this is minimal issue due to “no one using it” then go for it and do the calculations.
Now sure, if you can come up with solid statistics that ppsh box or bodyarmor is not widely used and therefor doesnt affect the gameplay, i guess sure keep them.
best of luck on your journey
So with what logic mg42 > rd44 ?
RD44 is by far easier to control and both guns kills with 2 hits.
And if you don’t take me?
And some of my soldiers are dressed in armor
I guess I don’t agree with this. I think players would learn and adapt. We can already see it by most players flocking to the guns that shoot most accurately. PPSh box, SVT38, Breda Carcano, Fedorov (even pre damage buff) are just some examples of regularly praised guns, even the most casual pubs have realized that. They might not understand why, but those of us who are way to invested in the game know.
It would also give a reason to ever use a full auto weapon on semi auto. Can’t control recoil? Swap to semi auto and tap fire.
Because obviously 13.2 and 9.9 are two different worlds
If not, STG44 with 9.9 damage should be better than Fedorov with 12.6 damage, because 12.6 damage is not enough to knock down a 13.5hp soldier with one hit.
Every single sweatlord who prioritizes “winning” and “meta” over anything
This shit needs to be cosmetic only
This kind of applies to minority of the playerbase that actually has some sort of knowledge of the game.
Which sure, probably could adapt and overcome but im speaking of the majority of average joes that couldnt hit a broad side of barn with aimbot.
This could be introduced with dispersion as well.
Growing dispersion, each full autoshot grows dispersion → meaning longer you full auto less you hit.
And while going for semi-auto you would have minimal dispersion.
So how many people in combat have armor?
