I just maxed out all my infantry squads for normandy axis and now my engineers can use all weapons. Is this normal?

its a bug, will be fixed very very soon. so take advantage of it while you can

Welp, oh well then. Although it does raise the question of some type of potential award for upgrading all squads. That is my goal I still have aircraft for normandy axis but my plan to is to max all squads all campaigns.
