one fighter just cant shoot repeated bomber waves. Also there is something strange in plane combat, damage models are bugged or planes are desynced or something.
Some times while im straight behind enemy plane , 2 autocannon rounds are enough to destroy plane. But some times even i spend all my autocannon ammo its just not enough. And IL 2 (M?) in berlin carries 300pcs 23mm rounds. Ofcourse not every one of those hits but its rteally easy to hit when enemy flys straight line to resupply point so thats lot of punishment that someplanes can take.

Edit 2: Also those bombs are op as fuk, yesterday i posted pic where i was prone and bombs was dropped to capzone that was 92metres away. still died to 250kg bomb

The last sentence means that based on this and various other threads lamenting the sad state of hte German forces in Berlin I’ve started playing it again to farm nazis - oh the sweet smell of getting 8 squad upgrade points in a single game…
It’s the same shit that happened in CBT pre-normandy where the community collectively decides one nation is OP and the majority of players queue one and leave the others with bots.
Previously Russian teams in Moscow were where German teams are now in Berlin.
No major balance changes or map redesign needed to happen to correct the team balance, just Normandy getting added broke the cycle and Moscow normalized on its own.

Uhh… I actually lose badly once or more a day with Soviets, and that’s with SVT40’s, PT28’s and PPS-42’s… They don’t even lay down rally points or provide fighter support so as to counter enemy bomber planes. Also, I have a problem where the AI just shoots me right away whenever it sees me.
I’d love to know how some of you guys do anything of the sort but I already know how. Everyone opted in on CBT and jumped from 15 to 26 on the first few days of OBT with Premium. It’s dumb.
Game rules for the Soviet faction for maximum grind and maximum relaxed play:

Go on the attack, just send cannon fodder, meanwhile the main fighter is building the rally point. There are a lot of flank bypasses in Berlin.

Look for a match only in Eastern Europe.

On the Hermann Goering Strasse map, try to take the tank from the very beginning, drive a little forward and farm kills with HE while the Germans join the match.

No rally point - no victory.

Leave all Conquest matches except the station - this one is very easy.

Use IL-2 (preferably two of them) to quickly create disorder at the point, as well as get rid of destructible objects, immediately commit suicide and transfer to the infantry.

Fast burning of infantry units also recovers CD faster on kamikaze raids.

Best Weapon for Silver: SVT-40. It opens early, costs only 1 order, and is a gamechanger.

The more people in the squad, the more experience, random kills with bots, and the taking of ammunition from the enemy.

When respawning, immediately press X on the contested point to get rid of the squad as quickly as possible.

It was my very first match in Berlin when the OBT was first opened. I didn’t play CBT and I started from scratch. Now I’m level 23, so leveling up is very quick and easy if you use all the abuses to the maximum.
Why Eastern European??? And lol, AI mastery… I can’t boss the AI around for shit and shoot.
The AI is actually, if you didn’t know, extremely effective at medium range with semi-automatic or machine guns. In one pass to the point, my trooper squad picks up 6-10 bodies from SVT and AVS.
In Eastern Europe, most of all Soviet mains are played, and in Europe and NA - German mains. In my opinion, everything is logical here.
I just play both, I didn’t know I had to jump through some hoops if I wanted something specific
i actually agree on all execpt T-34 being broken… its pretty decently historical.
Yea bots need to go away , its devs temporaly solution to campagn player split and it just ruined the game !
so I had about a 70% win rate yesterday over about 10 or 11 games - lost 3 - quite bad losses on 1st or 2nd cap points for invasions.
But the 5-point assaults were all easy wins - I’m only at campaign level 5, max squad level is 12 with the T34 that got 8 upgrades in 1 match - it’s nice to have a tank that can actually reliably kill the opposition for a change!
So not a complete walkover, but a good evening’s result as far as I’m concerned
agreeed even they nerfed kamikaze a bit so you can end up with no more squads to spawn…
Svt40 is indeed game changer !!.. worty to buy for Silver aswell… I spent like 5 silver to get all lvl1 svt 40 tho… and then get lvl 4 gun from random bronze order… it makes people cry

From the Russian side of the forum , they seem quite happy with their farming server. so I don’t think is gonna change anytime soon , maybe after player base go to 0 in few months , they will maybe fix it.
