Simply, they’re chasing points, not wins, because that’s what the events favor. If they tell you where the mass of infantry or the 2 tanks are, you will get the points instead of them.
#2 is they are just bad at the game and either don’t know how to mark, don’t know why they should mark, or are killed before they can mark.
