If you are wondering why such a difference in score. you were fighting on the cap zone in the second picture… 21 kills inside objective (you get extra points for this), .5 of a cap
But in the first picture, I am obviously doing badly, only 1835 points. Pure experience 5097. The second picture is 3180 points. Pure experience 3321
When I have 2 1.5 rewards, the income is not as good as the first picture?

You encountered the first, most obvious untold mechanic of XP calculation.
For a few reasons, that include discouraging camping and incentive to attack cap points, there is a soft cap to the XP you can earn with a single squad without dying.
As you can see, in the second match you scored higher but you only lost two squads. Therefore, you unknowingly hit the soft cap and your XP earnings were diminished.
On the contrary, in the first match you died a lot, therefore you had high squads turnover and never hit the soft cap.

Nah, you actually can earn decent XP, you just need to follow some “guidelines” to maximize your earnings.
I was in your same situation (very low earnings) until I started doing that myself.
- Don’t hold back, go and fight at cap points. Every kill and assist near caps is worth +50%.
- As said, no point in staying alive very long. There’s no penalty for death, except losing tickets in attack. So, don’t be afraid to charge and fight at the objective (see point 1).
- Put at least one engineer in EVERY squad. No matter if you attack or defend, BUILD A RALLY POINT. ALWAYS. Rally points win matches, and you get XP when your teammates respawn at your rally.
- Optional: consider buying premium account during seasonal sales, when it’s 50% off.
When there is only 1 rifleman in my 7 people, I will become a sniper and kill more than 4

I’m only level 3 now, when I’m level 5 I’ll give each team the engineer
