yeah, basically all bolt actions are “the same” performance wise, with the exception of faster firing rifles like the almighty Mannlicher…
what matters performance wise is:
-magazine capacity
-cyclic rate
-reload speed
-sight picture
-bullet velocity
which is why the Mannlicher is “probably” the best bolt action in the game, fast reload and fast rate of fire + great sight picture.
Still, I wouldn’t but it above something like a MP40.
