I really like how they are depicted in the game. They are powerfull instead of being a burning-fart machine like in most games. -

Finally a stacionary MG that works as intended (except for sights). A good, powerfull deffencive asset. -
MP40 and 38
Just good guns. Fun to use, ok at longer ranges. -
Most BA rifles.
Very rewarding to use + bayonet.
I get a lot of satisfaction clearing rooms or alley ways with the MG 15.

Fedorov Avtomat — absolute unit of a weapon, tie the MG version in this as well.
Gewehr 43 Kurz — the only downside is how fast you can pull the trigger to burst.
FNAB 43 — great tunisia premium and the smg I used until the mp43/1 for norm.
STG 44 — well, after the mp43/1, the extra ROF does make a difference so yeah.
Sniper Lee Enfield — goat dispersion, goat reload, goat sight, all around goated.
M2 Carbine — people who say that can’t aim with this weapon have skill issue.
AVT 40 (Stalingrad) — operates more insane than the berlin version = extra pog.
Bolt action: SMLE Mk III
I like the open sight enabling me to land snappy flick shots more often compared to other bolt action rifles.
Semi-auto rifle: Gewehr 43 kurz

SMG: SIG 1920
Large magazine, fast RoF, open sight, most importantly low recoil.
Assault rifle: Federov Avtomat
High damage, fast RoF, deadly at close to mid range, simple recoil pattern.
LMG: M1941 Johnson LMG
Fast RoF, fast reload, despite having a closed sight the sight is not too obstructive like a lot of other LMG, simple recoil pattern making it easy to control.
Sniper rifle: Springfield M1903A3
8x scope, high damage, very low damage drop off, able to 1 shot kill up to 400m
AT rifle: Type 97 anti-tank rifle
Semi-auto, 7 rounds mag, can be used as anti air weapon more effectively compared to other AT rifles in the game.
Pistol: Browning Hi-Power
The best F2P pistol in the game, 13 rounds mag, fast RoF, fast reload
Absolute favorite: Any flame thrower with 32m range
32m range, high damage, I hold W+LMB and get 20 kills.
MP-40.

Carcano’s and Mannlicher 93?–> Best bolt actions in the game because they reload by ejecting the previous clip so you don’t have to sit there loading one at a time.
Berdan 2–> Cuz it’s cool.
MP 28–>Cuz it’s cool.
Winchester–>Cuz it’s cool.
MG 15–>Cuz it’s cool.
Breda mod 30–>Cuz it’s cool.
That one Arisaka with a flag on the front–>Cuz it’s cool.
RMN-50–>Cuz it’s cool, but it doesn’t seem to work anymore as a lethal weapon, much like 50mm mortars I guess so fair enough.
Flamethrower–>Cuz it’s cool and I like the high, high risk aw crap I’m on fire reward.
If i had to pick just one that would be the Kar98k.

Not a very interesting answer, but the I like best are the Thompson.
The Thompson was placed in the latter part of the U.S. Army in Normandy, and the fact that it was hard to get was annoying, but a good motivation. And now that I finally got one it is my favorite.
Although the M2 carbine probably performs better, I love the Thompson.
that gun is Iconic in WW2 movies and dramas, I wanted to fill my troops with M1 Garlands and Thompsons.
My list
PPSh(drum) - legendary weapon not just its combat characteristics but also the story of the gun itself is interesting.
DShK - of all the HMGs this is my favorite with the fast rate of fire(not too fast like MG 131 that also includes fast overheating), easy to use sights(managed to shot down a few planes with it), shreds infantry and an intimidating firing sound.
Maxim machine gun - Not as modern as the M1919, MG34 or MG42 but I just love using this machine gun. Wish we could cock this gun like in RO2 though.
M1891/30 Mosin - I enjoy sniping with this rifle the most. Could trust the countersniping with this one.
TT - my favorite pistol there.

Picking just one is a little hard but since everyone is making lists imma join in on that trend
M2/M2A1-IRL the M2A1 Carbine is one of my favorite guns for a number of reasons and I think both are really good in game, the M2 Carbine especially since it can be equipped on most soldiers and its high rof makes the ai semi decent with it
MG42-IRL one of my favorite machine guns, I know the drum mag MG34 is just better but I love me ma buzzsaw
M2 50.cal-It’s a ma deuce which automatically makes it my favorite hmg, plus it’s fun to use a roof mounted 50 cal on a tank to bullseye krauts like womp rats in my T16 back home
Thompson 30.carbine-The thing slaps, I just love it
Gewehr 98 sniper-I love it visually and in addition to having one of the highest sniper rifle damages and velocity plus the sight style and magnification just works for me
Browning Hi-Power-It’s my favorite pistol irl and the fact it has the highest capacity of all pistols in game atm imo makes it the best pistol
LAD-My favorite gold order weapon because I’ve had so many fun meme moments using it which include getting a 28 multi kill and shooting down a stuka via volume of pistol caliber fire

MAS-36, i just loved this weapons from first time i saw it in old French war movies. It just looks really nice IMO and even really love to use it in game.
Can’t wait for French Army to come in Enlisted in future.

At least one is STILL being used.
Two of them are still used US never replaced the M1919 is still using here
I am a normandy main (axis) but currently I am taking a break for it and enjoying moscow allies.
So far my top list of weapons have been;
the gold G43 with the 30rd magazine (Very fun to use with 3 round burst, pretty much becomes fully automatic with great recoil control and accuracy)
Any flamethrower, let it burn baby!

Beretta Model 38 is such a fantastic SMG as well, just a shame you get it so late in normandy that you pretty much unlock the MP44 / STG44 just a level later or whatever it is. Still got a squad running em cause they’re so sexy.
