There seems to be unusually low amount of cover and debris compared to other enlisted maps. No tank wrecks, sandbags, craters or trenches. I wonder what the cap points will look like

Well, there is a bit of excitement. At least from the first picture, it can be seen that there is a large flat area. I think tanks might have a better use for defense or to cover the advance of the infantry.

Definitely not, its not even close to the Árpád line.
Slovakia is not out of the question but why would they need an observation tower like that? Slovakia is full of old castles and stone towers on mountain tops, there is no need to build a tower like this.
Transylvania does look a little like this, but I simply doubt they would ever add a campaign that was fought almost exclusively by Hungarians and Romanians.
So Manchuria it is.
