Its not a b2p totally even because they want a belanced experience for both f2p and b2p so im fine in this way, even because the game have playerbase problem and kill all the playerbase in stalingrad make the campaign only b2p is a bad move
Ok it is not b2p in the traditonell scence, you are right there.
It is a hybrid modell between f2p and b2p.
An in my eyes a great move.
actually if I remember I read that the community had asked for this hybrid model before the open beta, but they opted for the forced monetization on everything, now they must have changed their minds they probably saw that a free to play fps comes out every month 
Nice to know, i only started playing at the beginning of OBT, i think two or three days after launch.
I mean i play a lot at the moment, since i have a lot free time after finishing university and beginning to work in may and in this time the amount of premium squads I see is very low. So maybe the system isnt working as intendet.
the premium squads never worked, at the beginning during the alpha, you could make a team of 7 assaulters or 7 machingunners (or you could add sniper engineers), during open beta they dropped the number to 4 per squad but they killed the use because not you could more add different specialists unlike f2p teams instead much more flexible. premium vehicles except for collection have never given a real advantage and are rarely used as the f2p ones far outclass them. the new system that makes these “special” squads useful again is great and really allows those who spend money to have something more to have fun
Yeah i bought one premium squad (the berlin lebel one) with the chrismas discount. They are just not usefull, compared to free ones.
So i hope this system will work better and give the devs enough funding to bring us good and exiting content in the future.

Reload time of the lebel is such a pain. AI tends to empty most of the shots which does not help the squad. If AI would just reload…
I know there’s no closed part but there is still the beta part like every other campaign, I’m wondering if the missing levels will be unlocked to everyone once they get closer to the next campaign and the beta period ends

There is no beta period in Stalingrad.
Everyone can start playing it at the same time.
When you dont buy the campain, you cant use some of the unlocks in the campain. With the information we have at the moment, they dont seem to open them up later for everyone.
So you buy the campain, or you cant use everything. (It seems that this will mostly be gimmick stuff, on the level of the premium squads we have at the moment.)

We dont know what they will cut, but Keo said, that it will only start in the second half of the campain, so atleast the basics should be covert.
Lets hope we will get an overview of the progression and then we can discuss how f2p and b2p divers.
