It’s balanced regarding equipment if you compare what’s the best and why on each side.
Both can have a proper equipment to have a balanced fight.
So humans, in this case are the unbalanced factor so both are applied.
For me it’s quite the opposite. Soviets dominate as in old days. Looks like Tiger E wasn’t enough to hold axis or even bring most of the axis veterans to play Berlin. Normandy is still axis domination campaign. When those leave and come to Berlin probably when STG comes then I think it’s gonna be fun for Soviets. So my guess would be next update.
