What do now

Yeah I guess I can work on that. But the best thing for me right now is to have a break.

Oh Enlisted is one of a bunch of games, a break is necessary, but FOMO does kick in, I am already making arrangements for end Aug when I go away for a week, (just in case any new squads or vehicles)

Break is healthy, but you find yourself coming back, for me I get an urge to fly the Spit, or use the new Skink, Kube… there always something bringing me back as I love WWII :guardsman:

Bruv goes on break
5 mins later…
New 30 day event with big rewards.
Tis what it feels like at times.

Its honestly quite nice to set up stuff by hand, very calming. Event with perks if I have time ill do it by hand.

Calming yeh, but if you.are set up for BR3 and your buddy comes online and says want a few quick matches, Allied BR2, he may as well play his matches by himself whilst you manually casually re-equip every soldier

Exaggerating I know, but I would highly recommend presets if you can be bothered, they save time.

Yeah I know but I keep the same lineups usually and I’ll use presets when time is scarce. I like the fact that you can do ether. The other thing is I almost always play solo.

I love enlisted but the daily login reward silver boxes are a joke. Every one of them has been something miniscule like change appearance orders x1.

You guys play games…

because of the grind???

That’s so weird. I have way more fun now that I got everything I want than when I had things left to unlock. I can play how I want, not treat the game like a second job…

i dont play the game because of the grind per say

I was originally attracted the play Enlisted because of the WW2 setting, but overtime one begins to learn / appreciate that the way progression is geared is towards a grind, so overtime ur gameplay shifts towards the grind

so overtime the attraction to keep playing becomes twofold:

  1. the WW2 setting
  2. the grind i.e the progression system which is rewarding

then when the latter runs out… there is the WW2 setting, but i enjoyed the grind and would like it to continue

I get this. I only play low BR and don’t plan to pretty much ever play br5, but every match i play something is being researched and i get to see NGU (numbers going up). I even, at low br only a few months into playing, regularly buy new soldiers to try to get ***, and if they’re not, i put them in squads to level them, because leveled soldiers sell for more (and I like to see NGU).

If you finish a match and nothing progresses…it seems kind of wasteful. I don’t look forward to the time when i have all TTs finished and all *** soldiers.

Fully level every squad and fill them all with max rolled soldiers. Create more presets to try different things at different BR. Finish all achievements if they aren’t complete.

Same here.

Have you also maxed out all the squads?

That is what has been keeping me busy for months now.
Finished the TTs long ago, and got bored, only used the squads I always use.
But there were so many squads that I never really used…mortar, sniper, rider, rifleman 3, flametrooper 2, things like that…

So now I’m playing only those poor squads, it’s difficult and the grind is painful, but it’s rewarding.
I have now maxed out all TT squads and the legacy squads that I have (I dont have all, but many) for Japan, Germany and USSR.
I’m doing USA last because I have the most legacy squads there.
8 sniper squads (!!) for example.
They are a huge pain to upgrade.
I expect to finish before the end of the year.

I actually had more fun with upgrading the previously unused squads, than I had expected.

Same! I have all legacy squads and enjoyed going back and leveling them and kitting them out
