i’d rather developers to transfer all campaign progression into research points and let players to decide which they are going to use.

why even ask about stars when we are getting BR. t34 with 4 stars and t34 with 6 stars are same vehicle that will have same BR. only difference is in upgrades and they will give you highest upgraded vehicle out of those 2.
you will get whatever they decide.
you will probably just get camouflage that you can equip.
