Most players are arcade tank-shit-eaters. That’s why I left WT, because of their whining, playing helicopters and aviation now is either impossible, or it’s a perversion with tossing guided bombs from 10km.
Original doesn’t mean main.

That’s why I asked what do you even mean by main.
Well, it’s obvious that for the last 9 years or so, the core of the game has been Tank Arcade and Ground Combined Battles. (Sorry, I don’t know the English term for it)
Really doubt it, after all enlisted has imho much more interesting choices, despite all the clunkiness i would prefer enlisted, also there are a hell ton of games in modern setting: bf6, cod, squad (battlebit
). they all will have to fight against those games, bf may not have ai squad members but it has the atmosphere and its generally better than some gamemode in plane game. Also game mode there i think its just usual WTs capture the points, a bit basic and tbh not that interesting. Enlisted and BF has different game modes thats where they outshine new mode. Also have you seen the progression there? its diabolical in my opinion. Research: laser, armor, grip, helmet, other weapon - wth is even that.
All in all i would say that its WTs new game mode who may not survive and hold the expectations, and imagine that they will fail… it can mean that gaijin will see enlisted as much better game and they could put more forces here to make enlisted better.
So no, enlisted certainly wont die.
Knowing gaijins, they’ll most likely just blow off both projects.
Combining the feel of Enlisted, the rewards of War Thunder, and the gameplay of Battlefield, what kind of garbage is this?
Even if War Thunder’s new game mode is extremely poor, all future resources will be allocated to it rather than to Enlisted. This is an obvious fact.
Additionally, an FPS game that promises not to expand into World War II is like a sheep that swears not to eat grass—it will inevitably cross the line sooner or later.
