Isn’t the SU-122 actually a BR4?
We should think carefully about whether German BR2 vehicles can penetrate the armor of this tank before assigning it to BR3.
That said, the Nashorn is unquestionably a BR3 due to the double whammy of being an open-top vehicle without a turret.

Lol, finally get to use the beloved german main argument back at you…“but it has machine guns that go bbrrrr”
It shouldn’t be an issue for Marder and StuG III F. It has the same armor as T-34.
However, 5cm and short 7.5cm gun of others BR2 (and japanese) tanks will most likely have a hard time with it…

That excuse for the KV-2 fighting br2 which doesn’t have the pf60 but the GRB that only can realistically pen the armor where the tracks are?
HELL NO

But seriously, how the ef are you gonna sell me something for $50 that’s labeled “unique” then give the same thing out for free. Not only that, but the free one is better because of a freaking muzzle brake for better accuracy?! So ridiculous.
It wouldn’t be such a big deal if these squads cost $5-$10, but when it’s $50+ it’s beyond disrespectful

In fact, there are several AT weapons that don’t fit in certain TTs, Panzerfausts in Manchuria, Ofenrohr in US hands in the Pacific, with Japan at least makes sense

How does it make sense for japan and not u.s.? Lol
Just 2 new weapons? Where are the rest? Stuffed into FOMO events again??

What is the reason, let’s say I need gold or I want to sell unnecessary weapons.
Because they had bought them, but the ship was sunk if i’m not mistaken

Well, because Japan did buy quite a few things from Germany, and I don’t think there were any American soldiers going from the European theater to the Pacific just to deliver a captured AT gun?
Right, so they literally never touched one, where as u.s. had thousands upon thousands of captured german at guns that they used in war.
It’s interesting that some want it moved to BR III, and some want it moved to BR V.
Nashorn (BR IV):
- 238mm pen (a top end gun)
- 2 MGs (very nice)
- Open top (a downside)
- No turret
- Also, Dicker Max is BR III with 150mm pen & open top
Putting it at BR III means we’d be saying the Nashorn is the same as the Dicker Max.
SU-122 (BR III):
- 160mm pen (HEAT, nowhere near Nashorn’s 238mm pen)
- No MGs (different compared to Nashorn)
- No turret
And then there’s the fact that it’s not too common to see TDs in-game anyway. We’ll see whether it’s the same after this update. You’ll also be able to try both of these on the test server soon.

Its still 88 long - undoubtedly the best anti tank gun in the game.
Also I can imagine it having faster reload speed than Jagdpanther, Tiger B and Ferdinant - since its open top.
