you do realize that lee is an unlock while the kar is a starter weapon? so a fair comparasion is springfield which is slightly worse than kar in reload and fire rate while having same damage and more velocity

Well, Germany have the “Mas-38” instead of the Lee Enfield, it is even worse than the Kar98.

I would pick the Springfield over the Kar, but my point was the scopes (thats why i said snipers)
The Kar98 have x4 zoom scope, the springfield have x8, thats twice as much.

The M5A1 is so much better than the Puma, especually versus infantry.
M5A1 Turret rotation is 24° Sec
Puma Turret rotation is 11,9° Sec
Thats is also twice as much in favor of the US.

i’m well aware of the differences between the 2 and that x8 scope isn’t useful as you think it is on such small maps, which most maps are, so it comes down to the guns themselves which isn’t much difference
that 24 degrees a second is a fully starred stuart while a fully starred puma is 14 degrees a second, i have both normandy tank drops so i can check. that 24 degrees isn’t going to help the stuart if the puma runs around it or stays dead on since puma’s armor is extremely trolly and if side on the stuart’s shells do very little damage because spalling doesn’t work right

Yeah sorry my bad. I forgot that i had the M5A1 Carol. its 20,4 and not 24 as i said.
But still, its

i have it, i like using it as well so yes i have tried it it’s probably my top 3 favorite BAs to second to lee and the kar
that part i can’t disagree but i can’t really find a good use for the x8 outside of d-day, but even then the 75mm guns do the job better
it is but the puma has the 50 kwk, high speed to compensate for the weaker turret drive

its not even suppoce to be in normandy during this time and you Still have it + its absurd stats is almost the same as a Tiger II. ur sitting on 152 mm turret armor vs our 50.
ur back turret armor is still 152mm and ours is 8mm!
Every faction on every campaign has an upside.
Axis normandy : Fg 42
Axis Moscow : superior MGs
Soviet : Superior SMGs
Allies : Superior tanks.

i would also add superior CAS as well for the axis in general but yeah that assessment is pretty much spot on

wrong. front turret armor is 50.
it’s possible to kill the jumbo in a panzer 3 n, though people have been vocal about the jumbo, me included with my want being that jumbo gets replaced with m4a3 with the 105
yeah iv done so myself. but there is a fair gap inbetween the two. IMO in the current stage of the game killing tanks are too easy if anything. gonna be even worse if the panzerfaust / panzerschreck / bazooka comes back like it is on Berlin.
Currently IMO there are Changes to the core game that needs to be done rather than adding some extra weps or tanks.
balances surrounding Arty,mortar,spawnbeacons, end-game fully kitted squads will eventually change the game into something that it currently is not, and potentially a longer arrival time for planes to deterr a quick “revenge bomb”
yeah that sounds like a good idea and balancing arty, mortars and rally points is a much better idea than adding new stuff
