Nah that ones use mags is mag feed no need for clips you can use them but is a mag feed gun like for example the SVT is mag feed and can also be feed by clips same happens to the lee enfield but that one use clips

From the forgotten weapons channel you just pull down the trigger guard releasing the mag soo the gun is mag feed

You need to pull down the trigger guard, so it’s not meant to switch between magazines.

In fact, I didn’t even know it was possible to remove them like that; I thought they were permanently fixed to the mechanism itself. There were also G41 prototypes with a fixed 25-round magazine—presumably similar to this one—but until they fix that atrocious recoil on the G41, it’s not exactly an appealing option.

Maybe they could make an exception, like with the Stinger and its 200 rounds in a 100-round box; the closest comparison here is the Mondragón, though for some reason it has one of the slowest reloads I’ve ever seen on a semi-auto with a detachable magazine. However, if it used a fixed magazine, it could actually be a viable option for BR3—the Cei Rigotti, for instance, is BR4 and automatic but reloads via stripper clips; its performance is similar to the Type Hei, but with worse control.
