No worries. This has always been my problem working remotely… I’d always prefer being on-site and seeing the problem directly. I can work with that.
Trying to diagnose an issue when you can’t see the rig or the physical network in person is always a disadvantage.
I’m pretty sure it isn’t a server-side issue at this point, otherwise we’d be inundated with complaints across the board. I hope you figure it out though. Do let me know if anything improves, or you figure something out, for future reference, if anything. ![]()
