Actually a very fair question, I hadnt thought much of it, however considering the apparent extent of the hack now, @MajorMcDonalds @Community Manager , should we be concerned about personal info leaks?

Thank you for the update. Hope to see a fix soon :stuck_out_tongue:

So, are you forcing players to save every promise, guiding response and explanation made by each staff member in the future?
Since the problem emerged, how many times have we faced players’ doubts? In the player community, both staff and players have been sharing content that quotes, points to, or refers to your “next week” viewpoint?

Players don’t want to see strange word games.
This is only a part of Q&A

I can’t believe I’m saying this but the parrot has a legitimate point, this time.

Many of the community questions are real and legitimate, and require real Answersℱ, not just repeating “we need more time” and “trust me bro”.

The so-called unplanned maintenance is a cute headline, but what actually happened? Were the servers attacked, and if so was any personal information stolen? Or, was vodka spilled on the server and it’s taking the 1 dev left the whole week to clean up?

The devs have had plenty of time, I don’t think a lack of time is the problem. One problem is the lack of transparency, which has always and continues to be a Major issue with Darkflow.

No, it’s completely unrelated since a hack never happened

Well that’s convenient but I still think a lot more work needs to be done in the transparency department so if nothing else to boost consumer confidence because with where this game is currently going the future is uncertain.

Im glad to hear it, I had heard it was an attack because of chinese hackers because of something dumb.

What caused such an issue in which case? Someone spill coffee on the servers and that somehow jumbled the data?

If you do see this anyone who’s in charge his question is valid because he is technically a consumer and the consumers concerns are perfectly valid.

Then why did this entire thing happen? I don’t remember a single time when our stats were wiped out before. And it also affected other Gaijin games. It all started out of nowhere and then we got the hacker rumour. It seems a bit fishy to be just a simple server issue as those are usually fixed within few hours and yet you are unable to fix our stats for over a week.

And we have another valid answer right here so if you could give a more technical briefing this could boost consumer confidence but if you can’t give an official answer we’ll always be stuck with questions and most likely doubt the company and its future.

They are told not say anything. They dont care if you leacw the gane. They think someone else will play or you be back. This is not a player 1st game.

Id say its less likely it wont be recovered. Data backups are standard practice.

Standard lol they have to write the programing to add old data after finding it to with new data. Its very buggy. When it was deleted it seems they having hard time finding it. Theys Enlisted devs are not the Ateam. Very low chance daily log on be fixed and battle rank ajusted for paid battlepass. Too be honest, this is to much for them to handle. I have no doubt also the update had issues transferring over. If it was a hacker and he was made about stuff, he would bug any update to fix. Too log on data storage and write program is just beyond enlisted devs.
