Well, the model is different. At least the one on promo pic. They clearly have different rear sights.
except the gun you’re getting isn’t the same one from the picture:

( technically the saboteur one. but it is the soviet one just made as an event vehicle )

I never contradict something like that. All that I have said is the weapon on promo pic and the one already present in game are not the same.
And it was far more likely they’re just incompetent in doing promo than introducing second variant of the same event weapon

No, the new one is superior. They just used an old, outdated pic as a promo. It’s nothing more than an overlooked detail. Or, as more radical individuals say, pure incompetence.

does anyone know if the Japan reward is a good pick or is it worse than the tt weapons Japan has?
Well, it’s worse than a captured BAR. And there are way too many differences between the KE7 and this BP BAR to say whether one is better or worse. It depends on your personal preference.
But it’s good to know that Germany shares this exact same BP BAR with Japan. So it’s less unique than the average old BP weapon.

I really don’t like this newer, over-the-top stylization. They’re clearly not human. They look more like space marines.
