Time for a split? Arcade vs Realistic

Well, if i’m wrong in that, maybe it was because I mixed it up with what the players were explaining were being better balanced. Since based on what was discussed, that mid tier is a separate tier that serves as a segue between the high and low tier.

I believe there was controversy regarding the balance of that with BR1 weaponry and vehicles facing BR3 or BR3 facing BR5.

yes there is controversy cause current MM is unbalanced and there needs to be mid level BR. that would make it 12 queues if they introduce mid level BR, but it would still be superior to campaigns cause of playerbase unification and there would be no more extreme playerbase ratios like in campaigns.

Mkb was still not in Moscow, so was F2.
Very historical accurate.
But pls no Tigers in 1942.

Depends whether we go by the dates the first Tigers rolled off the shelves or the date the first production variants saw service.

The first Tigers were used during Operation Winterstorm to try and relieve Stalingrad. Technically that puts it within the dates of the battle of Stalingrad

And argument could be made about having the first production Tiger in Stalingrad. In fact I believe the early modelTiger is in the files, so who knows maybe they did intend to add it.

So in the end, the merge doesn’t actually reduce the number of queues, as I’ve been told it would since around February. That’s great.

Also, if it doesn’t actually reduce the number of queues, why not instead have methods put in place where certain weaponry appears in scenarios where it would not take away from immersion? We could realistically artificially increase the stats on certain weapons, like Volkssturm weaponry to ensure they appear in Berlin only. It’s not the end of the world to have to choose between equipping a squad an AS-44 and a Fedorov Avtomat to ensure they don’t appear in Berlin.

1942 is 1942.

I’m aware they were not, but basing on dates of production, they still fit within the April timeframe at least.

Unless you want to help advocate for the complete removal of things like the F2, the Fedorov Avtomat, and the MkB from appearing in those campaigns, or even the game like with the Avtomat, then that’s the compromise made to base things off of timeframe and not strictly based on appearance on the front or battle.

Perhaps the fact that you come up with this kind of conclusion, due to premium squads ?
Is also the reason why no one is taking you seriously.

Perhaps theres someone whos willing to break this yet again for you how this thing works.
But its not me.

Its quite irrelevant even if there is 200 ques.
Because due to merge theres more people available for the ques.

Not exactly following why these ques are suddenly a bad thing since they are there to provide balanced games.

Yea well, im not in the minority here so I dont really care even if it took 8hours of work to get in customs.

Well I was generous, perhaps 10 is closer.

Honestly I wouldnt be surprised at all.

And how many exactly ? Since the exact numbers apparently are very important you.
I suppose you have the exact numbers.

Oh no, 12 ?

Well no, not really. Pointing out the victim attitude that is common for teenagers isnt exactly argument nor insult.
Its just slightly annoying.

Some numbers ?

And there we go with the victim attitude.
You come up with same arguments frequently, get time after time again proven wrong.
And your topics get flagged as spam → removed.

“Im the victim here”

Numbers

I think I pointed out it probably in first responses.
And yet, you brought nothing new to subject. Just same old arguments that have been proven to not work or are blatantly just wrong.
And here you are wondering why your topics get flagged as spam.

Sounds like a handful of people that bothers to respond to you ?

Like said many times before, feel free to provide some evidence of your HA existence.
So far nothing.

Very historically accurate.
Since keep looking at advertisment, didnt they also state that they would use stuff that was present in the said campaign only?
Whatever I guess.

Well. Wasnt that their advertisment people now keep refering to again kinda implying?
Or more closer to HA than whatever you guys keeo coming up with that is just lazy and dodgy?

And yet now they have thrown out both roads and now we will have MP 3008 in Moscow, Panthers in North Africa, Italian Paratroopers in Normandy

In a way the end of campaigns, and it’s consequences, have been a disaster for the player base

People complained when they were implemented. I am still of the opinion that the scoped Gewehr 41 should have been free and the scoped MkB 42 should have been premium since that would have ensured a scarcity of them appearing, and would have prevented the eventual devolving of the progression tree which led to more errors being implemented like the Assaulter IV (which I complained how the Assaulter was the most developed class there when they did that too). These decisions led to our current predicament of unbalanced, powercreep weaponry that has necessitated a need for balancing the campaigns. In the ends, the devs did not listen to the players, ended up in this situation right now, and are in another fit of controversy because they ignore or half-heartedly implement certain systems.

If we’re revamping the game, then sure, let’s remove the Federov Avtomat, the MkB, the Pz.IV F2, the T-50, etc. and place them where they actually occurred to demonstrate a more balanced/entertaining environment that’s not brought down by the devs need to continue to update the game and add weapons that slowly increase in power each level until it’s beyond reason for the setting.

iirc since february i was talking about flexible 3-30 queues (4-40 nation queues) for t10 depending on number of available players according to their announcement. advantage of new MM is that it doesnt increase number of queues with any new campaign like old campaign system would. any new campaign will just slot into the BR queue as new map. btw there were 2 campaigns announced for this year so we would be at 16 queues this year if we left it at old system. now even if they add new queues it will not move from 12. technically it will be 11 (cause of japan that can only get low/mid queues due to limited equipment) so it will be less queues :stuck_out_tongue:

and like i said what immersion. my immersion is totally broken with all those prototype weapons that were never deployed being in game. not to mention obsolete/destroyed weapons like fedorov and limited weapons like fg42 being equipped on every soldier.

Personally I’d only have the Federov in Moscow (Soviet desperate times)

And I’m not the kind of player who would give every single one of his soldiers M2 carbines or FG 42s.

Oh no.
Kinda the point of the merge though.

Already did but not if you reeeally lower your expectations to the point you need to make list of things that may be or may be not fine because proto and whi cares about months or places.

10 people, really a shame.

And I rarely really see those old actual consequent clowns wanting a dodgy year clown br or definding the Mkb and F2 in Moscow or want to drive a Tiger in Stalingrad.

O equals scarcity…
Math.

there were 3200 fedorovs manufactured from 1917 to 1925. they were pretty hard to maintain and remaining weapons were put in stock in 1928. in winter war they were almost all destroyed cause there were no spare parts, so it wouldnt see moscow.

it is so nice to have 1 player who isnt like that out of 100 000 players.

That is not how that works? The queues still work separately and are dependent of the equipment in each squad. That would only be true if you allowed for the selection of multiple campaigns at the same time, which would indicate that you are accepting you may be placed in multiple settings and overlap the queues. You could realistically select all campaigns and would result in 1 queue overall since they would all overlap, and you get into the match that fills first with players.

I’ve been told since February on the announcement of this merge, that the whole reason for this merge, was to reduce the number of queues. All of you here have told me this. Now the merge isn’t about the queues, it’s about balance. Can you guys actually make up your minds, you guys project and say we don’t know what we want, but you literally just changed the excuse you’ve been giving me for over half a year now.

You guys care about the numbers, what are you talking about? Every time someone mentions some changes, you guys bring up “# of people” or speak about minority/majority. While we’re actively trying to make the game enjoyable for everyone while you try and reduce the # of players due to an inability to compromise.

Literally every response you mention numbers, you’ve done it four times in this response alone.

So you’re just annoying, good to know.

Correction, 5 times in this thread.

What the hell are you talking about? I rarely come on the forums to debate this stuff anymore, I simply just been liking comments and just observing so I can keep tabs on the game. You must be absolutely deluded if you think that I’m making all these threads, when you can see that they are made by different individuals (who you claim do not exist).

We’re at 6 now.

  1. You’ve literally brought nothing to this argument aside from being a contrarian. It’s somewhat impressive how much time you have available to produce so much with nothing of quality to a conversation for so long.
Also, my topics don’t get flagged with spam, cope.

You guys are in like every thread regarding anything relating to the topic. Don’t fault me just because I have the ability to notice trends.

We’re going for the numbers argument for the 7th time.

“Since the exact numbers apparently are very important you.”

Before the whole Merge was even announced, I thought this was an ideal solution for the human players issue

No individual campaign queues, just click play and you get sent anywhere. Technically campaigns exist in that specific content is locked to them, but if you click play you get sent to Normandy, Berlin, Pacific, etc.

I’ve always said to myself even way back that there would be no problem if every campaign had Normandy’s player base. Well might as well just bring Normandy’s player base to every campaign

I’m sure that’s not some impossible to do unless if this game is coded together with duct tape and staples

should i quote you all the times i told you that number of queues depend on number of players? that we could get up to 30 queues if there are enough players for it?

People want to abuse the current system. Axis mains queues Berlin because ez gameplay and nice stuff and so probably a lot of normies. People already have choices but they made decisions and thats how it ends.

If you make it forced with shitty “no MP3008 in Moscow”, no one would even touch the MP3008 twice, and if none rule at all, then what is the point except preventing T-60 vs Tiger II.
