Why?!
You take away the retraining point. Fine, Because then we can reroll perks without reaching full level.
Also now, soldier’s extra XP after full level will not be saved at all! You havent told us about that?! This makes playing a no need to rerolling perk’s full level soldier useless. You can’t even save some XP for future rank up or reroll!
Today, you take away the ability to reroll non-full level’s soldier?
WTF are you think of?
Is that hard to give something benefit to players, not taking things away?
Why are you so confident like WT? Even WT now being pissed up and reverse a major corrupting change.
Suggestion: Choose one: Either give back the retraining function, or give back the ability to reroll at any levels, and able to accumulate extra XP for future usage!
I really dont think this is unintended. Because it’s a formal UI with formal hint. And it says “ALL perks”.
So they definitely changed this with intention.
It just to cover this really unpopular change.
Maybe they had planned this feature, then scrapped it, but the code made it into the release.
As a software developer, I can say that these kind of things do happen. Software configuration control is a hard job.
