Yeah, and they are never trolling, never cyberbullying, and never banned or handed over to law enforcement. 
Plus: The fat, ex-homeless loser is ME, don’t you dare stealing my title! 
On PlayStation, that person would already be banned. You can ask any PS5 player on the forum and they’ll never tell you they send text messages. You can report a “hello” to Sony support and they can suspend the affected user’s account for 14 days, 1 month, or even ban them permanently.
If someone messes with me, or I with them, the conversation is just stickers of kratos/TLOU/AstroPlayroom/etc crying or laughing, trying to be as annoying as possible.
(The reason for this weakness of Sony regarding the reports is due to the bullying suffered by a 12-year-old boy a few years ago causing him to S-word)
