M2c is nowhere comparable to assault rifles or even automatic rifles. It’s one of the best u.s. guns. Buts essentially only good at cqc, its insane recoil and bad sight picture really hurts the gun. Either way it shouldn’t be used as a reason to why germany isn’t superior overall.
The 500kg bomb is stronger then the 1000lb. Go google a conversion rate.
The BAR was a battle rifle intended for support but was not a machine gun. I have no issue keeping it as one in the game. That wasn’t my point. However the mg42 definitely was a real MG and is better at the role of one than the BAR.
The federov and as44 are labeled assault rifles because they actually are assault rifles lol. They were just under development during ww2. The game describes the fg42 as a light machine gun because it was just like the Johnson lmg. How are they any different?
KV-1 is in a weird spot, because it’s armor is just good enough to catch retards but it’s not good enough nor is it’s gun good enough to be at the same br as the t-34-85 or the panthers

I found fully upgraded with vert perk it barely had recoil. (at least the M2 Carbine.)
As for the Browning Automatic RIFLE (BAR)
It’s a weird place: If it get’s turned into an assaulter gun/useable by all classes it would be one of the most OP and broken weapons in game.
BUT
if it stays as an LMG it’s pros and cons are semi balanced.

Bringing up German ARs and downplaying the value M2Cs being de facto assault rifles on everyone is hilarious.
With respect to the game, 1000lb bombs are the exact same as 500kg bombs.

well it depends on which bar model since the first one could be balanced while the A2 would be broke as a trooper weapon

I was never downplaying the m2c. Its just not an assault rifle though. The role of one fills a gap that the m2c just cant
kv 1 on br3 but panzerfaust 60 br 3 so i think we can destroy the kv1 still
No idea what KV is facing at those BRs but anyway Id say its quite important that opponents have a tank capable to deal with it at what ever BR it ends up.

Germans also have panzerfaust in BR 3, it should easily deal with KV and T-34.
US is my most played faction, I can assure you that M2 carbine is certainly one of the best weapon in the game honestly.
I would say that germans and us could arguably be on an even ground in term of infantry weaponry (Even though I still want a weapon similar to FG that is not locked to a gold order). But in terms of tanks, damn this is not even a contest, Tiger II H is the best tank in the game by a long margin. The US don’t have AT weapons capable of scratching it and they don’t have tank that could hope to scratch the King Tiger’s paint.
I’m looking forward facing endless waves of king tiger in Normandy, that will be… enjoyable.

Br 2 at least has its “default” tools capable of dealing with BR 3 (including KV-1)

The main thing that got to me with this update was to say the Paper thin German rocket truck had to go to Br 4 to keep “cancer” away from the low tier match making (which is an idea I can get behind by the way), but in the same breath, put the KV-1 down into low tier…
Now I personally don’t really care if the rocket truck goes up or down, just the double standards

If a Soviet player uses a KV-1, they’ll be in BR-3. They’ll also face enemy BR-3 players. The Germans at BR-3 if I remember seeing correctly has the Panzerfaust 60. It has 180mm of pen. As long as the German players don’t skill issue with the Panzerfaust 60, KV-1 tanks will become big XP and Score piñatas.
Even if the Panzerfaust 60 isn’t in the same BR, the GrB-39 can still kill it cuz that has 90mm of pen (granted you do have to aim for weak spots with it though).
Now I don’t know if the Bf 110 G-2 will be in BR-3 (I’m not a plane guy so I don’t tend to pay attention to those)? But if it is then even those rockets it has also will have something like 60ish mm of pen on them and the rooftop of tanks is one of the weakest spots (just like it’s underbelly). It can kill them with well aimed shots.
I’m not going to start mentioning other stuff like a well placed TNT pack or a well aimed Explosive Packs being considered. And I’m right now trying to consider it’s best case scenario here as in… the matches in question is where BR-3 are highest BR in those matches so the KV-1 should be topdog. AT Mines won’t work on it though, so there’s that.

Sadly, if KV-1’s armour is only just a little angled then none can reliably penetrate.
That is why Soviets use kv-1 unlocked at lvl 13 over all other tanks in the campaign.
