про “друзей” с никами китайских иероглифов давно известная проблема - через одного читеры.
Но сейчас совершенно невозможно играть. В каждом бою читеры. Уже наплевать на штрафы за дезертирство, просто выходишь из игры. Это печально.

There has long been a known problem about “friends” with nicknames of Chinese characters - through one cheater.
But it’s completely impossible to play right now. There are cheaters in every fight. You don’t care about the fines for desertion anymore, you just quit the game. It is sad.
I play all day long, I see a lot of Chinese players, they’re fierce, yes, but I can handle them without any problems, I win. Didn’t you think it was about skill and equipment?
