Nah, I’m playing in both NA and Europe servers and it’s usually playable, and I only play with my old man. We have fun (most of the times) and others… Well, it’s just like Axis Moscow.
P.S: This list might change in the future due to possible addition of new campaigns.

never tried to play on NA tbh. but if i have ping issues in EU ( and i live there ) i don’t think switching to NA would be clever.

this could be cause of number of reasons. your router sucks, your network card sucks (most computers have integrated 1Gbit/2.5Gbit connection) or server from which you are downloading is limiting your speed. also there is difference between bit and byte, so 200MB is different from 200Mbit
Still I doubt someone can get 1gb in download per second indipendenty from what he have
In good day i get 69mb/s in download in bad day 2,5mb/s in download
Still i pay every month for 100mega of download speed, and still every month i dont get it
usually those connections are for multiple devices. unless you are using them professionally you will never be able to effectively use those speeds. so you need good router, 10Gb network card, good nvme ssd (you cant get full speed with sata ssd and hdd), good software to maximize that connection and server provider that is letting you pull that speed. any of those can be limiting factor to maximizing your connection.
speedtest which is widely used for testing bandwith can only test 3Gb connection with browser, while they can test 10Gb with their desktop app.
